• Tyler T. Wegner, 22, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 19 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety. On Sept. 11, Shawano-Menominee County Judge William F. Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for three years with conditions, beginning with at least three months in the county jail.

• Jeffrey A. Matchopatow, 39, Keshena, pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to substantial battery, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for seven years with conditions, including at least 240 days in the county jail.

• Amanda R. Klug, 29, Friendship, pleaded no contest Sept. 15 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. The charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed Klug on two years of probation with conditions.

• Preston T. Harris Cook, 30, was charged Sept. 11 with four counts of felony bail jumping. Shawano-Menominee County Judge Katherine Sloma set a $12,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 21. Cook was further charged Sept. 15 with two counts of felony bail jumping; Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for the same time as the first case.

• Nicole L. Emery, 41, Shawano, was charged Sept. 11 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 20.

• Derek J. Wilke, 36, Keshena, was charged Sept. 11 with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 3.

• Omaha S. Tucker, 32, Green Bay, was charged Sept. 11 with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 18. Tucker was also charged Sept. 12 with two additional counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $750 cash bond.

• Amanda J. Reiter, 39, Birnamwood, was charged Sept. 11 with felony bail jumping, eight counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor operating while revoked. Sloma scheduled her initial appearance for Sept. 18.

• Kane A. Peters, 17, Shawano, was charged Sept. 11 with hit-and-run involving injury and failure to report a crime. His initial appearance was scheduled for Sept. 18.

• Jon L. Hostettler, 51, Appleton, was charged Sept. 12 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 17.

• Allyn C. Dodge, 49, Keshena, was charged Sept. 12 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,250 cash bond and set a scheduling conference for Sept. 18.

• Violet L. Dixon, 36, Neopit, was charged Sept. 12 with two counts of felony bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 17.

• Chek D. Kong, 46, Kaukauna, was charged Sept. 12 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 19.

• Zachary B. Hartmann, 39, Shawano, was charged Sept. 12 with two counts of felony bail jumping. His initial appearance was scheduled for Oct. 24.

• Jeffrey D. Rockman, 41, Wittenberg, was charged Sept. 12 with misappropriating ID information to obtain money, four counts of felony bail jumping and one count of theft by false representation. His initial appearance was scheduled for Oct. 9.

• Trevor L. Gondeck, 32, Gresham, was charged Sept. 14 with theft of movable property valued at between $10,000 and $100,000. Sloma set a $20,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 24.

• Jacob D. Rudnick, 29, Pulaski, was charged Sept. 14 with second-degree sexual assault using force and two counts of third-degree sexual assault. Sloma set a $200,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 19.

• Zadeus K. Huxford, 32, Shawano, was charged Sept. 15 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his preliminary hearing to Sept. 19.

• Matthew W. Netzel, 39, Birnamwood, was charged Sept. 15 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 18.

• Sheena J. Fleischman, 33, Wausau, was charged Sept. 15 with possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 20.
