• Charles T. Hawley, 58, Shawano, was charged Nov. 7 with one count of possession of cocaine, with intent (greater than 15-40 grams), one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place and two misdemeanor counts possession of drug paraphernalia. Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 15.
• Kaden S. Deubler, 17, Suamico, was charged Nov. 7 with one count of child abuse, two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 14.
• John R. Sisko, 41, Hawkins, was charged Nov. 7 with one count of possession of THC, with intent (less than or equal to 200 grams) and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,000 and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 22.
• Jerry L. Mohawk, 32, Gresham, was charged Nov. 7 with one count of burglary of a building or dwelling. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 7.
• Todd A. Miller, 40, Bowler, was charged Nov. 7 with one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 30.
• Diamond L. Jones, 23, Gillett, was charged Nov. 7 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Sloma set a cash bond of $250 and a signature bond of $1,000. She also scheduled a status conference for Dec. 14.
• Devon L. Rossman, 25, Shawano, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Nine counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Rossman to three years of probation.
• John P. Micik, 47, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 7 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. One count of bail jumping was dismissed but read into the record. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Micik to 12 months in jail.
• Mahwassa E. Olson, 43, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Nov. 7 to one count of manufacturing/delivering heroin (less than three grams), three counts of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and seven counts of bail jumping. Ten counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Olson to nine months in jail and five years of probation.
• Beverly A. Alexander, 39, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 7 to one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, five counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read into the record. Two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Alexander to five months in jail and four years of probation.
• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 54, Milwaukee, was charged Nov. 8 with one count of intimidating a victim, 10 counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $5,000 and scheduled a jury trial for Feb. 7.
• Bryan S. Pamonicutt, 28, Shawano, was charged Nov. 9 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of retail theft, intentionally taking less than or equal to $500. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 23.
• Jeremiah J. Fischer, 44, Gresham, was charged Nov. 9 with five counts of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of tampering with/failing to install/violating a court ordered ignition interlock device. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Jan. 4.
• Demitri L. Coliadis, 22, Shawano, was charged Nov. 9 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense). Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 8.
• Cici B. Antoine, 34, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 9 to two counts of misappropriating identification information, three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One count of bail jumping and seven misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Antoine to 120 days in jail and four years of probation.
• Cruz S. Vasquez, 35, Bowler, pleaded no contest Nov. 9 to one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, one count of forgery, 10 counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked. One count of possession of narcotic drugs, 10 counts of bail jumping, three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Vasquez to three years in prison, three years of extended supervision and four years of probation.
• David M. Brogli, 43, Rhinelander, pleaded guilty Nov. 9 to one count of bail jumping and four misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500. Kussel sentenced Brogli to six months in jail.
• Charges against Samantha J. Johnson, 35, Shawano, were dismissed Nov. 9 on a prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included one count of possession of amphetamine with intent (greater than 10-50 grams), one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Trevor B. Gruetzmacher, 33, Marion, pleaded no contest Nov. 9 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel sentenced Gruetzmacher to four months in jail.
• Shawn V. Barnes, 41, Shawano, was charged Nov. 10 with one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer, three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 21.

Roche, 45, Antigo, was charged Nov. 10 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, six counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 16.
• Alexis R. Wilber, 22, Keshena, was charged Nov. 10 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of an illegal article and two counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 30.
• Landon J. Heling, 27, Shawano, was charged Nov. 10 with two counts of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 30.
• William E. Hilley, 29, Shawano, was charged Nov. 10 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 30.
• Jared J. Lane, 28, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 10 to one count of substantial battery, one count of possession of methamphetamine, three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass to a dwelling, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and and five misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and five misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Lane to 30 months in prison, three years of extended supervision and three years of probation.
• John Fusek Jr., 51, Abrams, pleaded no contest to one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel sentenced Fusek to two years in prison and four years of extended supervision.
• Ariana E. Lepscier, 22, Bonduel, was charged Nov. 11 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 20.
• Anthony Luviano, 39, Shawano, was charged Nov. 11 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license (third or subsequent offense in three years) and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 21.
• James W. Lyons Jr., 43, Gresham, was charged Nov. 11 with two counts of possession of methamphetamine and three counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $15,000. He also scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 30.
• Michael A. Schilcher, 41, Shawano, was charged Nov. 11 with two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place, nine counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) and four misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,000 and a signature bond of $12,000. He also scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 21.

Watzka, 30, Shawano, was charged Nov. 11 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 22.
