• Shawnee E. Gauthier, 47, Shawano, was charged Aug. 1 with four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $1,000. He also scheduled a scheduling conference for Aug. 24.

• Michael J. Thorson, 34, Wittenberg, was charged Aug. 1 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 9.

• Brandon S. Davis, 40, Shawano, was charged Aug. 1 with one count of first degree recklessly endangering safety and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and a signature bond of $1,000. He also scheduled a scheduling conference for Sep. 14.

• Arnold M. Kosbab Jr., 43, Bowler, was charged Aug. 1 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed knife. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $2,000. She also scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 24.

• Deion J. Boivin, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 1 to one count of throwing/discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Seven misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Boivin pleaded no contest to one count of substantial battery, one count of battery by prisoners, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Five misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Boivin to 12 months in jail and three years of probation.

• Cassandra M. Marquez-Rojas, 39, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Aug. 1 to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Marquez-Rojas to 120 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Charges against Jakeup J. Henry, 21, Bowler, were dismissed Aug. 1. Those charges include one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer.

• Sandra S. Phillips, 34, Birnamwood, was charged Aug. 2 with two counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of substantial battery, four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 11.

• Charges against Patricia M. Scott, 67, Shawano, were dismissed Aug. 2 before initial appearance. Those charges include one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of retail theft, intentionally taking less than or equal to $500.

• Eugene N. Stratton, 62, Friendship, pleaded no contest Aug. 2 to two counts of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer. One misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Stratton to six months in jail.

• Kyle A. Wilber, 20, Racine, pleaded no contest Aug. 2 to one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and one count of second degree recklessly endangering safety. One count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Wilber to two years in state prison and three years of extended supervision.

• Heather M. Bullock, 40, Gillett, was charged Aug. 3 with four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 10.

• Manih F. Waupoose, 35, Neopit, was charged Aug. 3 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 23.

• Bradley J. Miller, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. One count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Miller to 18 months of probation.

• David R. Teller, 34, Black River Falls, pleaded no contest Aug. 5 to one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel sentenced Teller to 18 months in jail and two years of extended supervision.

• James A. Fish, 66, Albuquerque, New Mexico, was found guilty Aug. 5 of one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct at jury trial. Fish was found not guilty at jury trial of two counts of child abuse. Kussel sentenced Fish to 90 days in jail.
