• Sanome R. Wheelock, 47, Keshena, was charged July 25 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 1.

• Douglas M. Wilber, 60, Suring, was charged July 25 with one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Aug. 31.

• Reece E. Nickol, 20, Shawano, was charged July 25 with four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 17.

• Robert Oshkenaniew, 24, Oconto, pleaded no contest July 25 to one count of misappropriating identification information and to two counts of bail jumping. One count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Oshkenaniew pleaded no contest to one count of false imprisonment and one misdemeanor count of battery. One count of strangulation and suffocation and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct were dismissed, but read into the record. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Oshkenaniew to 18 months in prison and three years of extended supervision.

• Maolrey C. Burroughs, 35, Shawano, was charged July 26 with three counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Aug. 11.

• Amber D. Chevalier, 35, Union Grove, was charged July 26 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and six counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled an arraignment for Sep. 13.

• Isaac E. Loberger, 30, Shawano, was charged July 26 with one count of substantial battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Sep. 6.

• Arleen L. Wayka, 42, Keshena, was charged July 26 with one count of misappropriating identification information, three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a bail/bond hearing for Aug. 5 and an arraignment for Aug. 30.

• Steven A. Zaddack, 35, Shawano, was charged July 26 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sep. 15.

• Sherry M. Long, 50, Shawano, was charged July 27 with five counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 2.

• Steven R. Lachusa, 18, Shawano, was charged July 28 with one count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 17.

• Cody W. Lawe, 25, Green Bay, was charged July 29 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Sloma set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a status conference for Sep. 21.

• Jeffery D. Stewart, 31, Shawano, was charged July 29 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $3,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 2.

• Justin R. Vannieuwenhoven, 36, Krakow, was charged July 29 with four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 2.

• Charges against William R. Boivin, 34, Milwaukee, were dismissed July 29 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include one count of strangulation and suffocation, one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
