• Marni C. Waupekenay, 36, Keshena, was charged Sept. 13 with one count of operating while intoxicated, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Tyson A. Schreiber, 22, Shawano, was charged Sept. 13 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Charges against Jon F. Raddatz, 41, address unknown, formerly of Two Rivers, were dismissed Sept. 13 on prosecutor’s motion. These charges include one count of retail theft/intentionally taking less than $500-$5,000.

• Travis R. Ratliff, 39, Neenah, was charged Sept. 13 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of possession of methamphetamine, four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $3,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Oct. 28.

• Stephanie M. Grosskopf, 40, Weston, pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500, one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. One misdemeanor count of bail jumping and two counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Grosskopf to six months in jail and 36 months of probation.

• Justin L. Busch, 33, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to one count of sex registry violation. Another count of sex registry violation was dismissed but read into the record. In another case, Busch pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to one count of possession of amphetamine with intent greater than 10-50 grams and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. One count of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Busch to one year in jail and 3 years of probation.

• Gene S. Perez, 48, Keshena, pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to one count of misappropriating identification information and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. In another case, Perez pleaded no contest to one count of failure to report to jail. Sloma sentenced Perez to 180 days in jail.

• Cassy M. Devereux, 32, Crivitz was charge Sept. 15 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count for possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Oct. 6.

• Cruz S. Vesquez, 33, Bowler was charged Sept. 15 with one count of bail jumping. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and set a preliminary hearing for Nov. 11.

• Scott P. Seefeldt, 66, Honolulu, was found guilty Sept. 15 of four counts of first degree sexual assault of a child. Sloma sentenced Seefeldt to 30 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision.

• Nagih I. Nickey, 26, Cecil, was charged Sept. 16 with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of bail jumping. Sloma set a signature bond of $450 and a cash bond of $50. She also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 28.
