• Sandra L. Thundercloud, 43, Oneida, was charged May 17 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Judge William F. Kussel Jr set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 21.

• Ann M. Retzlaff, 52, Gresham, was charged May 17 with one count of fleeing/eluding an officer in a vehicle, two counts of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing and officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 25.

• Jerome F. Cookle, 54, Tigerton, was charged May 17 with one count of operating while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense). Kussel set a cash bond of $5,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 24.

• Charges against Isaiah J. Casper, 19, Green Bay, were dismissed May 17 on prosecutor’s motion. The charges were one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC.

• Brandon R. Decremer, 35, Allouez, pleaded no contest May 17 to one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. One count of strangulation and suffocation was dismissed, but read into the record. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Decremer to two years probation and a withheld sentence of 60 days in jail.

• Rebecca A. Lusiak, 31, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest May 17 to one count of possession of methamphetamine. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Lusiak to 18 months in state prison, two years of extended supervision and three years of probation.

• Carey P. Forsyth, 69, Shawano, was charged May 18 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 8.

• Jolea R. Jones, 38, Wittenberg, was charged May 18 with three counts of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer and three counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $15,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 26.

• Victor J. Bukolt, 66, Antigo, was charged May 19 with one count of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense). Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 16.

• Shane L. Howard, 39, Bowler, was charged May 19 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for July 19.

• Jonathan J. Ortiz Irizarry, 34, Cecil, pleaded no contest May 20 to one misdemeanor count of criminal damage of property, one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. One count of strangulation and suffocation was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Ortiz Irizarry to 90 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Lester F. Moesch, 37, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 20 to one count of operating with prohibited alcohol concentration (fifth), one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Moesch to one year in jail and revoked his license for 26 months.

• Shane M. Boyd, 39, Shawano, was charged May 21 with one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 22.
