• Ann C. Stelling, 45, Fond du Lac, pleaded no contest Sept. 14, 2020, to one count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read into the record. On March 2, probation was revoked. On May 10, Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Stelling to 18 months in state prison, two years of extended supervision and two years of probation.

• Corisa M. Corn, 29, Keshena, was charged May 10 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $125 and a signature bond of $1,000. He also scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 1.

• Mahwassa E. Olson, 42, Green Bay, was charged May 10 with one count of manufacturing/delivering heroin and two counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500. This case will continue at a later date.

• Destiny M. Malone, 31, Bowler, was charged May 10 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and six counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for May 25.

• Keenan J. Zhuckkahosee, 29, Keshena, was charged May 10 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, nine counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500. A preliminary hearing is set for May 20.

• Lars B. Gauthier, 55, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 11 to one count of battery by prisoners. One misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Gauthier to nine months in jail, consecutive to any other sentenced being served.

• Julian L. Webster, 26, Green Bay, was charged May 11 with one count of misappropriating identification information, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of attempted retail theft, less than or equal to $500. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 19.

• Mickey J. Frank, 42, Green Bay, was charged May 12 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 23.

• Danielle J. Julius, 32, Keshena, was charged May 12 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Kussel set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 22.

• Daniel Thunder, 48, Neopit, was charged May 13 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of resisting/failing to stop, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $100 cash bond and a $5,000 signature bond. Kussel set a preliminary hearing for May 26.

• Gina L. M. Schneider, 59, Mattoon, pleaded no contest May 14 to one count of fleeing/eluding an officer in a vehicle. One misdemeanor count of resisting/obstructing an officer was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Schneider to six months in jail and three years of probation.

• Gina L. M. Schneider, 59, Mattoon, pleaded no contest May 14 to one count of bail jumping. Kussel sentenced Schneider to six months in jail and two years of probation.

• Gina L. M. Schneider, 59, Mattoon, pleaded no contest May 14 to one count of bail jumping. Another count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Schneider to six months of jail and two years of probation.

• Benito M. Del Bosque, 46, Bear Creek, pleaded guilty May 14 to one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, one misdemeanor count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. One count of operating while intoxicated, one count of burglary and one count of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed on defendant’s motion. Kussel sentenced Del Bosque to 90 days in jail and suspended his drivers license for 90 days.

• Benito M. Del Bosque, 46, Bear Creek, pleaded guilty May 14 to one count of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (fourth offense) and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed on defendant’s motion. Kussel sentenced Del Bosque to one year in jail.
