• Chadwick M. Beyersdorf, 32, Waupaca, was charged May 3 with one count of possession of THC (second-plus offense) and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a signature bond of $2,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 8.

• Peter W. Hetzer, 58, Gresham, was charged May 3 with one count of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense). Sloma set a signature bond of $5,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 12.

• Ella M. Decorah, 32, Wittenberg, was charged May 3 with one count of unsafe burning of own building, one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second-plus offense), seven counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $25,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for May 10.

• Ross Webster, 38, Gillett, pleaded no contest May 3 to one count of misappropriating identification information and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced Webster to 60 days in jail and 12 months of probation.

• Travis L. Seifert, 23, Shawano, was charged May 4 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 1.

• Marin S. Louie, 35, Shawano, was charged May 4 with one count of throwing/discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 1.

• Dylan J. Nutt, 32, Shiocton, pleaded guilty May 4 to one count of bail jumping. Another count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Nutt to six months in jail.

• Ian M. Weiss, 22, Gillett, pleaded no contest May 4 to one count of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct was dismissed, but read in to the record. Sloma sentenced Weiss to 45 days in jail.

• Cody D. Cook, 34, Keshena, pleaded no contest May 5 to one count of driving or operating a vehicle without consent, one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. sentenced Cook to nine months in jail and three years of probation.

• Cody D. Cook, 34, Keshena, pleaded no contest May 5 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel sentenced Cook to nine months in jail and three years of probation. Cook also pleaded no contest in a separate case to one count of bail jumping and one count of possession of methamphetamine. Two more counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Cook to nine months in jail and three years of probation on those charges.

• Robert F. Block, 33, Bonduel, was charged May 6 with three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 10.

• Warren B. Kaquatosh, 52, Neopit, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of THC (second-plus offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel suspended Kaquatosh’s drivers license for six months and added an $880 fine.

• Josephine M. Lyons, 36, Bowler, pleaded no contest May 7 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $200 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and a $300 fine for bail jumping.

• Paul C. Malone, 33, Shawano, was charged May 7 with one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, one count of failure to comply with an officer by a person in custody, and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a review hearing for June 16.

• Maribeth V. Whitewing, 37, Eland, was charged May 7 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. An initial appearance is set for May 18.
