East-West Division

Gresham 13

Tigerton 11

Gresham toppled Tigerton in a high-scoring battle on May 28 in Tigerton.

Brent Berkholtz and Nate Ejnik each tallied three hits for Gresham, with one of Berkholtz’s hits being a home run. Cody Riemer added two hits.

Brett Nelson picked up the win for Gresham, while Paul Sellner took the loss for Tigerton.

Austin Hoffman, Brandon Sivertson and Conner Harris each had two hits for Tigerton.

Caroline 11

Tilleda 2

Caroline earned a road win over Tilleda on May 30.

Eric Kroening and Austin Hoffman posted four hits each to lead Caroline at the plate. Justin Reminger and Tyler Marquardt each chipped in two hits.

Bryson Bernarde earned the win after striking out four batters across five innings. Zach Fehrman was dealt the loss after pitching six innings, also striking out four batters.

Teagen Lehman and Adin Brei each doubled for Tilleda.

Marion 17

Leopolis 1 (7 inn.)

Marion routed Leopolis on May 30 in Leopolis.

Joe Weyenberg picked up the win after striking out five batters across six innings.

Weyenberg, Mitch Elandt and Ryan Mortenson recorded three hits each for Marion. Nate Reynolds, Jake Westphal and Alex Elandt added two hits each.

Kyler Deruchowski suffered the loss for Leopolis. Collin Akstulewicz had two hits to lead the team at the plate.

Little Falls 7

Clintonville 1

Little Falls cruised to a win over Clintonville on May 30 in Little Falls.

Chris Dunn picked up the win on the mound after striking out 11 batters over seven innings. Kasey Morgan led the team at the plate with three hits, while Dunn and Hunter Gruenwald had two hits each.

Hunter Vollmer suffered the loss after pitching six innings. He had two of the team’s five hits.

Neopit 17

Shawano 3

Neopit picked up a lopsided win over Shawano on May 30 in Shawano.

Walker Miller and B.J. Peters each had a pair of hits for Neopit. Mequan Corn was the winning pitcher.

Jacob Springborn led Shawano with two hits, but also was dealt the loss on the mound.

Northern Division

Eland 6

Birnamwood 5

Eland edged Birnamwood in a May 28 matchup in Birnamwood.

Hunter Garski had two of Eland’s six hits in the contest, while Ryan Richter doubled. Jared Richter picked up the win after pitching an inning.

Erik Steigerwald and Zach Bembenek had two hits each for Birnamwood. Steigerwald reached base six times, also walking four times. Steigerwald was also dealt the loss after working 1 1/3 innings.

Elderon 6

Aniwa 5

Elderon picked up a tight win over Aniwa on May 30 in Aniwa.

Marv Meronk and Austin Worzalla each posted three hits for Elderon the win win. Casey Kerstner picked up the win on the hill.

Kody Szews was dealt the loss. Ryan Govek had a pair of hits for Aniwa.

Hatley 21

Wittenberg 4

Hatley rolled to a win over Wittenberg on May 28 in Wittenberg.

John Breske pitched six innings and allowed just two hits to pick up the win.

Tanner Kocher and Kodie Kocher had three hits each for Hatley, which had 15 hits as a team. Jeremy Schmidt and Dan Schubring added two hits each.

Brad Knoblock suffered the loss on the mound. Knoblock had two hits for Wittenberg, while James Thompson doubled.

South Central Division

Weymont 13

Green Lake 3

Weymont rolled to a home win over Green Lake on May 30.

Kolden Baehman had a big game to lead Weymont, driving in six runs on four hits. Adam Krause scored three runs, and Trevor Wetzel was the winning pitcher.

Carter Rohde had two hits and drew a walk for Green Lake. Damien Netzler was dealt the loss on the mound.

Scandinavia 11

New London 1 (7 inn.)

Scandinavia eased past New London on May 30 in Scandinavia.

Gus Turner-Zick posted four hits and scored two runs for Scandinavia, while Jason Steinbach had two hits and scored three runs. Jeremy Dunihoo earned the win on the hill.

Chevy Aldis was the losing pitcher. Colby Schmude and Connor Tittelton had two hits each for New London.
