The Pulaski girls lacrosse team ended its season with an 18-1 loss to No. 1 seed University School of Milwaukee in the WIAA regional final.

The Red Raiders were 0-6 in the Fox River Classic Conference and 1-13 overall in their first year of existence.

The Pulaski boys lacrosse team’s season ended with a Round 1 playoff loss to Notre Dame.

The Red Raiders lost 13-2 to bring their inaugural season to a close.

The Pulaski girls lacrosse team went the entire regular season without a win. That was not the case when the playoffs began.

The Red Raiders played a tough first half against De Pere, but the game got away from them in the third period.

Pulaski trailed 3-1 after the first period, and each team scored three more goals in the second to make it 6-4 at the half. But, De Pere scored five times compared to Pulaski’s once in the third period to take an 11-5 lead. Each team scored two more times in the final period.

Pulaski’s boys lacrosse team defeated the Wayland Academy JV team at home.

Because Wayland Academy does not compete in the WIAA for lacrosse, the Red Raiders remain 0-12 on the year.

Mitchell Sprecht is the goal leader with nine, the assists leader with six and the ground ball leader with 54.

Brady Huss leads Pulaski in caused turnovers with 18.

Gavin Heintz leads his teammates in face-off win percentage at 100% and save percentage at 1.000.

Pulaski girls lose to Brookfield

Pulaski’s girls lacrosse team lost 24-3 to Brookfield. The game was part of the Wisconsin Dells Invitational played at the Wisconsin Dells Sports Complex.

The Red Raiders are 0-4 in the Fox River Classic Conference and 0-9 overall.

Pulaski’s boys lacrosse team dropped to 0-2 in the Fox River Classic Conference after a 21-0 thrashing at the hands of Bay Port. The Red Raiders are 0-12 overall.

Sanders scores twice in Pulaski lax loss

Wausau West 17, Pulaski 5

Nikolas Sanders scored twice and three other Red Raiders each had a goal in Pulaski’s 17-5 loss to Wausau West.

Joining Sanders in scoring were Mitchell Specht, Jake Kuehl and Landon Lardinois.

After Wausau West jumped out to an 8-1 lead in the first quarter, the rest of the game was much closer. Wausau West still won each quarter, but by narrower margins — 3-2, 4-2 and 2-0.

Joshua Huettl had 14 saves.

At 0-6 overall and 0-3 in the Fox River Classic Conference, Pulaski’s Diem Lardinois is the team’s goals leader and points leader.
