• Richanda A.M. James, 33, Rhinelander, pleaded no contest Sept. 29 to misdemeanor charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of THC. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and costs of $1,482.93.

• Curtis J. Cloud, 32, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 23 to battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on six years of probation with conditions.

• Ian M. Geurts, 31, Hobart, pleaded no contest Sept. 29 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him to 180 days in jail.

• Nickolas D. Kunchick, 29, Shawano, pleaded guilty July 24 to possession with intent to distribute amphetamine or methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine. Sloma sentenced him Oct. 1 to 26 months in prison followed by 36 months of extended supervision with conditions.

• Susan A. Mahl, 33, Keshena, had her probation revoked July 18 on a March 25 conviction for possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Sloma sentenced her Oct. 1 to 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Mara L. Clasen, 38, Krakow, was charged Sept. 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine and 17 counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $7,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 6.

• Ethan R. Lewis, 17, Shawano, was charged Sept. 29 with stalking, false imprisonment, three counts of child abuse intentionally causing harm, and three misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 1.

• Kelsey L. Hoffman, 30, Shawano, was charged Sept. 29 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of retail theft. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond. In a separate file, she was charged with an additional six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of retail theft and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference in both cases for Dec. 4.

• Adam James Delabrue, 19, Shawano, was charged Sept. 29 with child abuse recklessly causing great harm and child neglect with the consequence of great bodily harm. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 1.

• Tammy Marie Dumas, 57, Seymour, was charged Sept. 29 with burglary to a dwelling or building, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property. Kussel set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 6.

• Anthony W. Tepiew, 19, Shawano, was charged Sept. 29 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $4,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 6.

• Zadeus K. Huxford, 34, Keshena, was charged Sept. 30 with seven counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. Kussel set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 7.

• Craig Steven Mckendry, 56, Shawano, was charged Oct. 1 with possession of methamphetamine. Kussel set a $500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 2.

• James R. Clayton, 35, Bonduel, was charged Oct. 2 with three counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. In a separate file, Clayton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, six counts of felony bail jumping, six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Court Commissioner Eric Hendrickson set a $5,000 cash bond in each case and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 18.

• Horst P. Ellwart III, 36, Bowler, was charged Oct. 2 with six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Hendrickson set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 8.

• David A. Riva, 41, Marion, was charged Oct. 2 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of felony bail jumping, and single misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Hendrickson set a $30,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 6.
