• Tanner A. Friebel, 24, Marshfield, had a deferred judgment agreement revoked Sept. 30 in a 2023 conviction for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, violating an ignition interlock device order and operating while revoked. In two more recent cases, Friebel pleaded no contest to two additional misdemeanor charges of violating an ignition interlock order and and two more counts of operating while revoked. Related felony bail jumping charges were dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• James C. Boucher, 40, Oconto, pleaded no contest Sept. 30 to a misdemeanor count of child neglect. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Terry Lee Werth, 57, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Sept. 29 to possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense). Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Tammy J. Gauthier, 44, pleaded no contest Oct. 2 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. A related felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge levied fines and court costs of $536.
• Kelly L. Lucas, 36, Mountain, pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Two of the charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed her on probation for 18 months with conditions.
• Stefanie Mycle Pratsch, 42, Sobieski, was charged Sept. 30 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 16.
• Shaun Jeffrey Warwick, 37, Crivitz, was charged Sept. 30 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 16.
