Wittenberg Area Swim Program swimmer Reese Dickman competed in the Intergalactic Single Age All Stars competition Dec. 12-13 at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center in Brown Deer.

Dickman placed 11th in the 50-yard breaststroke, posting a time of 36.33 seconds. She claimed 12th in the 100 breaststroke with a mark of 1:19.54.

Dickman also took 23rd in the 100 IM with a time of 1:15.84.

WASP started practicing at the end of October, but the team has had many of its meets canceled or postponed.

The Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center has been hosting meets because it has a large enough facility to help teams spread out and practice social distancing. No spectators are allowed, but the meets are streamed online.
