Todd Daniel Christensen

Todd Daniel Christensen, age 60, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022, in Appleton, following a courageous battle with Huntington’s Disease for many years. Todd was born in Oconto Falls on Jan. 31, 1962, to Delores (Gilbertson) Christensen and the late Vernon Christensen. Todd grew up in Pulcifer and graduated from Gillett High School in 1981 where he excelled at wrestling. He was employed at Autohause in Shawano, Warvels in Gillett and then Carver Boat Corporation in Pulaski until his health declined. Todd enjoyed fishing, hunting and working on cars. He was especially proud of his 1968 Dodge Charger. Todd truly loved life and enjoyed the company of many friends.

He is survived by his children, Rebeca (Michael) Panetti, of Appleton, and Anthony (Crystal) Christensen, of Green Bay; grandchildren, Elias and Nolan Panetti, Corey and Chase Christensen, and Alivia Verheyen; great-granddaughter, Kailani; mother, Delores Christensen of Ferryville; and two siblings, Jane (Russell) Herrmann of Ferryville and Neil (Heidi) Christensen of Pulaski; as well as his former wife and mother of his children, Susan Styczynski. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other family and many friends.

Todd is preceded in death by his father, Vernon Christensen; brothers and sisters, Debbie Zenk, Larry Christensen, Allan Christensen, Kevin Christensen and Gail Christensen; and a nephew, Cory Christensen.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022, at Swedberg Zastrow Funeral Home in Cecil. Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home until the time of service. Burial will be at Bethel Lutheran Cemetery in Green Valley.
