Shawano tennis duo loses in second round at state

A second consecutive visit to the state tennis meet ended May 31 for Shawano’s doubles team of George Buerman and Tristan Sheldon.

The duo lost 6-2, 6-2 in the second round of action to Plymouth’s Owen Plate and Jaren Baltus.

The WIAA state tennis meet was held at Nielsen Tennis Stadium on the UW-Madison campus.
