• Michael T. Lawson, 60, Shawano, was charged Nov. 21 with one count of bail jumping. Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court Judge William Kussel Jr. set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 5.

• John W. Thoma, 60, Tigerton, was charged Nov. 21 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 25.

• Patrick M. Samson, 55, Clintonville, was charged Nov. 21 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 26.

• Victor J. Bukolt, 68, Antigo, pleaded no contest Nov. 21 to one count of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense). One count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (fourth offense) was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Bukolt to nine months in jail.

• David G. Reynolds, 32, Plymouth, pleaded no contest Nov. 21 to four counts of burglary to a building or dwelling, one count of possession of burglarious tools, two counts of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, one count of theft of movable property (greater than $5,000-$10,000), 13 counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property (less than or equal to $2,500) and three misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property. One count of burglary with a dangerous weapon, one count of attempted burglary of a motor/trailer home, one count of theft of movable property (greater than $50,000-$10,000), one count of burglary to a building or dwelling, one count of theft of movable property (special facts), one count of taking a driving a vehicle without consent, 28 counts of bail jumping, four misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, one count of theft, using false representation (less than or equal to $2,500) and one count of theft of movable property (less than or equal to $2,500) were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Reynolds to five years and six months in prison and five years of extended supervision.

• Patrick A. White, 24, De Pere, was charged Nov. 22 with six counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 25.

• Cody A. Miller, 35, Bowler, pleaded no contest Nov. 22 to one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Two counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Miller to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision.

• One count of driving or operating a vehicle without consent against William C. Robinson, 32, Keshena, was dropped Nov. 22 on a prosecutor’s motion.

• Scott J. Behnke, 56, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 23 to one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of violating or harassing a restraining order. One misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Behnke to four months in jail and three years of probation.
