Prevea offers Zoom sessions for pregnant moms

Becoming a mom changes your life in so many ways, and so Prevea Health is introducing a new series of free Zoom talks focused on helping moms navigate their own needs after having a baby.

The series is called, Mom-Me Time, and feature’s Prevea medical experts guiding participants through a variety of topics at Tuesday lunch-hour sessions designed to run about a half-hour.

The list of topics includes the following:

• Urinary incontinence, noon to 12:30 p.m. July 27.

• Mom guilt, noon to 12:30 p.m. Aug. 31.

• No longer eating for two, noon to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 14.

• Your partner is not the babysitter, noon to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 21.

• Mom’s “after baby” body, 12:30-1 p.m. Oct. 14.

• Intimacy after pregnancy. 12:30-1 p.m. Oct. 21.

Anyone interested can register for any presentation at prevea.com/events. Participants will receive Zoom links for each presentation they choose, upon registration.
