Returning starters/varsity runners: Seniors: Joe Adams; Grant Yuma. Juniors: Sydney Bell; Helen Marquardt. Sophomores: Hannah Ludemann; Maddy Przybylski.

New runners who could make an impact this season: Junior: Sage Buhrandt. Freshmen: Ben Adams; Griffin Kopke; Brant LaLuzerne; Emerson Rice; Hailey Delzer; Brooke Hodkiewicz; Ava Hodkiewicz.

Returning all-conference runners: First team: Joe Adams. Second team: Hannah Ludemann.

Coach’s comment on upcoming season: “We will be very young and inexperienced but with a lot of potential,” said Lon Ludemann. “I think this small group will work hard to accomplish their goals.”
