Proceedings of Feb. 19

After a preliminary hearing, Tyler Lawrence Jacobson, 28, Oconto Falls, was bound over on a charge of criminal damage to property, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor operating while revoked, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Sept. 19 and 20. A related charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) was dismissed without prejudice. Arraignment was scheduled for March 11.

Tamera N. Argiewicz, 39, Oconto, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of theft by false representation and unemployment compensation fraud, in connection with an incident that occurred April 22, 2015. The first charge was reduced from a felony in a plea agreement. She was placed on two years of probation.

Proceedings of Feb. 18

Joshua Earl Stone, 30, Oconto Falls, pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 14. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for April 22 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Joshua Alexander Schmidt, 25, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to first-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 8. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for April 15.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Jeremiah T. Irving, 24, Oconto, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 18. His initial appearance was adjourned until March 11.

Proceedings of Feb. 17

Daniel Roy Roeder Jr., 48, Oconto, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred last April 10. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for April 21 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Nathan M. Kollman-Depner, 19, Oconto, pleaded guilty to one felony count of criminal damage to property, and one count each of misdemeanor criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred May 4, 2019. Judge Jay N. Conley approved a two-year deferred judgment agreement on the felony charge and placed Kollman-Depner in the Volunteers in Probation program for two years. Among other conditions, he must pay $6,491.83 in restitution with a co-defendant and follow the conditions of the deferred judgment agreement.

Tara L. Dehut, 33, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to maintaining a drug trafficking place (second and subsequent offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 27. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for April 15.

After a preliminary hearing, Roy L. Boucher, 32, Oconto, was bound over on a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place (second and subsequent offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 27. Arraignment was scheduled for March 12.

Dean D. Christl, 33, Beaver, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 26. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 18.

Tayler T. Kellogg, 22, Suring, pleaded not guilty to second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 4. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for April 15.

Jesus Flores Diaz, 39, Green Bay, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of fleeing an officer in a vehicle, taking and driving a vehicle without consent, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 30. Arraignment was scheduled for March 1.

Proceedings of Feb. 16

Victor J. Alberts, 54, Lena, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on three counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child, nine counts of child abuse, five counts of causing mental harm to a child and two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, among other related charges that allegedly occurred from 2005 to 2016, as well as two counts of felony child abuse and four counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, for incidents that allegedly occurred Dec. 1, 2019, and Jan. 17, 2020. Arraignment was scheduled for March 11.

Keith W. Vorin, 44, Green Bay, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 19. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for April 21 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Tara A. Berceau, 35, Lena, pleaded no contest to bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 18. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for April 16 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Proceedings of Feb. 15

Ron L. Snyder, 45, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to a felony count of battery or threat to a law officer, and misdemeanor charges of bail jumping, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 11. Judge Michael T. Judge approved a three-year deferred judgment agreement on the felony count and placed Snyder on two years of probation for the misdemeanors, beginning with 100 days in the county jail. He must install interlock devices on his vehicles and maintain absolute sobriety.

Jessica M. Hensel, 30, Suring, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to deliver amphetamines, in connection with an incident that occurred July 23. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for April 22 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
