Proceedings of Sept. 11

Cody L. Belisle, 28, Green Bay, was placed on two years’ probation after a six-year term of imprisonment and supervision was imposed and stayed for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in connection with an incident that occurred March 25, 2018. Judge Michael T. Judge ruled that Belisle must maintain absolute sobriety and full-time employment and successfully complete any assessments, evaluations and/or treatment recommendations as directed by his probation agent.

A Nov. 4-6 jury trial was scheduled for Diann L. Moeller, 55, Oconto Falls, who is charged with bail jumping and four other felony charges that arose after a search warrant was executed at her home Sept. 6, 2019: manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), maintaining a drug trafficking place (second and subsequent offense), possession of methamphetamine precursors (second and subsequent offense) and possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine. In an earlier case, she is charged with possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), possession of narcotic drugs (second and subsequent offense) and possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), in connection with an incident that occurred May 23, 2019. A motion hearing is scheduled for Oct. 13, and a final pretrial conference is set for Oct. 26.

Nicholas Joseph Meyer, 26, Green Bay, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13, attempted second-degree sexual assault of a child and causing mental harm to a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 4, 2013. Arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 15.

Todd A Woyak, 53, Little Suamico, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 10. A felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael T. Judge approved a deferred judgment agreement and placed Woyak in the Volunteers in Probation program for 18 months.

Dominic V. Manci Sr., 57, Pulaski, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 20. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 15.

Autumn Taylor Grulkowski, 18, Suring, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts battery or threat to a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer, lewd and lascivious behavior, battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 4. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Nov. 12.

Calla Anne Hook, 26, Peshtigo, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 27. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 17.

After a preliminary hearing, Christopher Alan Barstow, 36, Marinette, was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 29. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 17.

Proceedings of Sept. 9

Curt Porath, 49, Oconto, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine production paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Sept. 6, 2019. A jury trial scheduled for Sept. 9 was canceled, and several related charges were dismissed but read into the record. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Nov. 10 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Melanie L. Nelson, 55, Oconto, formerly Wild Rose, North Dakota, pleaded not guilty to charges of bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 14. In a previous pending case, she is charged with misappropriating ID information to obtain money, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in Oconto on Nov. 29. A pretrial conference on both cases was scheduled for Oct. 9.

Marsha A. Cassell, 42, Suring, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Oct. 9.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Daniel Duran Rockman, 25, Gillett, after he was charged with intentionally subjecting an individual at risk to abuse with a likelihood of causing bodily harm, and misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 5. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Proceedings of Sept. 8

Gary G. Rosek, 65, Mountain, was sentenced to four years in prison, followed by four years on extended supervision, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh offense), in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 24, 2019. He was given credit for 159 days already served in the county jail. Judge Michael T. Judge assessed fines and court costs of $5,510.50 and revoked Rosek’s driver’s license for three years. Under extended supervision he must maintain absolute sobriety and must undergo an alcohol assessment, following through on all treatment recommendations.

Bond was set at $50,000 cash for Jeremy J. Winter, 36, Gillett, after he was charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of felonies, three counts of bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 1. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Tanya R. Bender, 36, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 19. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Nov. 10 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Taylor N. Nowinski, 18, Abrams, after he was charged with bail jumping, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 1. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.
