Proceedings of Sept. 13

Joshua L. Young, 36, Oconto, was placed on two years probation for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred May 23, after Judge Jay N. Conley imposed and stayed a sentence of 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision. To continue on probation, he must maintain absolute sobriety, obtain full-time employment (applying for at least five jobs a week), and undergo an alcohol and other drug abuse assessment, among other conditions. Conley gave Young credit for 114 days served in the county jail.

Brayden P. Tappa, 17, Crivitz, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on two counts of criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 4. Arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 17.

R. Brandon Bender, 34, Antigo, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 5. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 25.

After a preliminary hearing Harmony F. Hollins, 19, Pound, was bound over on three counts forgery-uttering, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in March and April, and misdemeanor theft, in connection with an alleged March 8 incident. Arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Proceedings of Sept. 12

A three-day trial starting Feb. 25 was scheduled for Tracy Raymond Sullivan, 53, De Pere, who is charged with burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation with the use of or attempted force, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 12. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Jan. 27.

Stephanie Lynn, 30, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to charges of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 19. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Darien C. Willems, 23, Sturgeon Bay, pleaded not guilty to a charge of misappropriating ID info to obtain money, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 4. A status conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Randy L. Brempell, 48, Lena, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while his license is revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 28. A further plea hearing was scheduled for Oct. 16.

Katelynn J. Osmon, 23, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to charges of forgery-uttering, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18, and misdemeanor theft, in connection with an alleged Dec. 1 incident. A status conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Breanna B. List-Kimball, 27, Lena, pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary and misdemeanor theft and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 3. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Jesse James Peterson, 37, Berlin, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, strangulation-suffocation, and false imprisonment, as well as misdemeanor battery and operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 14. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Andrew Thomas Dupuis, 34, Porterfield, pleaded not guilty to charges of misappropriating ID information to obtain money, and misdemeanor theft by false representation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 26. A further plea hearing was scheduled for Nov. 4.

Nicholas T. Knoerzer, 36, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to charges of child abuse-intentionally causing harm and strangulation-suffocation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 30. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Proceedings of Sept. 11

Darien N. Mcdonough, 24, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to two years of probation, including 47 days in jail already served, for false imprisonment, and assessed fees and costs of $533 in connection with a domestic incident that occurred Jan. 28. Charges of strangulation-suffocation and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read into the record.
