Proceedings of March 3

• Brian T. Baeten, 32, Oconto, was placed on two years of probation beginning with a year in the county jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred May 19. He was given credit for 75 days already served and permitted Huber work-release and good time privileges. Judge Michael T. Judge revoked Baeten’s driver’s license for three years and ordered that ignition interlock devices be installed for one year on any vehicle he owns.

• Koltin Winchester Grzybowski, 22, Coleman, pleaded no contest to causing injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle in connection with an incident that occurred May 15, 2021. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for May 5 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• A bench warrant was issued for Martin Cooper, 52, Mountain, after he failed to appear at a court hearing on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (10th or more offense) and misdemeanor operating while his license was revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 7, 2020.

• Collin Andrew Hilker, 23, Appleton, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 28. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 16.

Proceedings of March 2

• Marcus William Stodola, 31, De Pere, was placed on probation for two years for possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred April 29. Among other conditions of probation, Judge ordered that Stodola maintain absolute sobriety and complete all assessments, counseling and treatment deemed necessary by his probation agent.

• Cole Werner Thomas Danoff, 22, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred May 31, and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 14. Judge scheduled sentencing for May 8 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Proceedings of Feb. 28

• Jenna R. Garrigan, 33, Oconto Falls, was placed on three years of probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for false imprisonment, in connection with an incident that occurred March 27, and felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred April 2. Among other probation conditions, Judge ordered Garrigan to maintain absolute sobriety and enter into, participate in and successfully complete any assessments, evaluations and/or treatment programs as directed by the Department of Corrections.

• Robert Francis Marshall, 44, Oconto, entered an Alford plea to second-degree sexual assault of a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 25, 2022. An Alford plea means the defendant maintains his innocence but acknowledges the evidence is likely to convince a judge or jury of his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Judge scheduled sentencing for May 5 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Collin E. VanHulle, 23, Oconto, after he was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 26. His initial appearance was adjourned until March 16.

Proceedings of Feb. 27

• Luis C. Salinas, 36, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of battery, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 2. Arraignment was scheduled for March 21.
