Proceedings of Dec. 7

Michael Allen Maleport, 33, Green Bay, was assessed fines, court costs and fees totaling $2,183 for substantial battery intending bodily harm, in connection with an incident that occurred July 25, 2020. Judge Michael T. Judge ordered monthly payments of at least $150 a month commencing Jan. 23.

Geran D. Metko, 37, Green Bay, was sentenced to 180 days in the Oconto County Jail after his probation was revoked on a charge of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of failure to obtain required deer hunting approval, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 7, 2021. He received credit for 90 days already served.

Robert J. Trepanier, 58, Oconto, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery, criminal damage to property and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred July 10. The charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Judge Michael T. Judge withheld sentencing and placed Trepanier on one year of probation, with 91 days credit for time served in the county jail.

Carla Renee Cooper, 45, Mountain, pleaded no contest to burglary, in connection with an incident that occurred June 12, 2020, and felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred May 20 of this year. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Jan. 26 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Ramon Mack Guillory, 35, Lake Charles, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred April 13. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Jan. 26 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

A Feb. 7-10 jury trial was scheduled for Joey J. Vandewettering, 60, formerly of Gillett, on charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless endangerment, battery to a law officer and misdemeanor battery, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 1. A bail/bond hearing was scheduled for Dec. 12 and a pre-trial motion hearing for Jan. 25.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Jeffrey M. Collard, 52, a Green Bay resident currently serving time at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while license is revoked, ignition interlock device violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 31. His initial appearance was adjourned until Jan. 24.

Proceedings of Dec. 6

A Dec. 13 jury trial was rescheduled to Feb. 21 for Dane L. Ades, 59, Oconto, on charges of strangulation and suffocation, and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 4. A final pre-trial conference was set for Feb. 9.

Proceedings of Dec. 5

Brandon J. Neumann, 29, Gillett, was placed on three years’ probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred July 16. Judge Michael T. Judge gave him credit for 141 days already served in the county jail. Among other conditions, Judge ordered Neumann to maintain absolute sobriety and complete all assessments, counseling and treatment deemed necessary by his corrections agent.

Philip J. Zenisek, 36, Kaukauna, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 13, 2021. The THC charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Michael T. Judge sentenced Zenisek to 10 days in county jail and assessed fines and costs of $1,203.

A May 2-4 jury trial was scheduled for Leonardo Juarez, 53, an inmate of Green Bay Correctional Institution, on charges of second-degree sexual assault, child enticement for sexual purposes, false imprisonment and exposing himself to a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 31, 2018. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Feb. 28.

A May 2-3 jury trial was scheduled for Evan T. Rynders, 18, Shiocton, on charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person younger than 19, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 16. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for April 12.

After a preliminary hearing, Sara Julia Petersen, 26, Neshkoro, was bound over on charges of battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 27. Arraignment was scheduled for Jan. 12.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Christopher L. Stein, 38, Peshtigo, after he was charged as a repeater with possession of methamphetamine, along with a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 4. His initial appearance was adjourned until Dec. 15.
