Proceedings of Nov. 10

• Cecil A. Seivers, 59, Oconto Falls, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor battery, in connection with an incident that occurred May 15, 2021. A felony charge was amended in a plea agreement. Judge Jay N. Conley imposed and stayed a six-month county jail term and placed Seivers on 18 months probation beginning with 10 days in jail.

• Dylan Anthony Zenisek, 30, Kaukauna, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 13, 2021. One charge was amended from a felony. Judge Michael T. Judge placed Zenisek on two years probation.

• Kirstie E. Rost, 31, Little Suamico, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 20; and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 29. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Dec. 15.

Proceedings of Nov. 9

• Melissa M. Wolf, 38, Oconto, pleaded no contest to bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred March 19, and possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred July 23. Judge scheduled sentencing for Dec. 20 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• Bond was set at $50,000 cash for Michael James Kriescher, 43, Abrams, after he was charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child, first-degree child sexual assault, and one other related charge. His initial appearance was adjourned until Nov. 17.

• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Michael L. Christensen, 20, Oconto County Jail, after he was charged with battery by prisoners, substantial battery intending bodily harm, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 25. His initial appearance was adjourned until Nov. 15.

Proceedings of Nov. 8

• Jeffrey L. Bellamy, 27, Milwaukee, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred July 17, and was sentenced to 20 days in county jail. A felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement.

• Mark D. Halverson, 38, Mountain, pleaded not guilty to fleeing an officer in a vehicle, first-degree reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 22. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Jan. 12.

Proceedings of Nov. 7

• Cheryl Lynn Nelson, 57, Pulaski, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred March 8. She received credit for 47 days already served. Judge ruled that Nelson is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program, which can lead to early release upon successful completion.

• Dustin W. Freed, 25, Green Bay, was placed on three years probation after sentencing was withheld for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred March 18. He was given credit for 233 days already served. Judge ruled that among other conditions of probation, Freed must maintain absolute sobriety and obtain his high school diploma equivalency.

• Sean Michael Schulz, 30, Suring, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred July 1, and felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred July 7. Conley scheduled sentencing for Dec. 21 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• Arraignment was scheduled for Nov. 17 after Michael C. Noffke, 30, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of aggravated battery, one count of burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with the alleged stabbing of two men at a home in Gillett on Dec. 16, 2021.

• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Michael David Bartlett, 27, Marinette, after he was charged with substantial battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 5. His initial appearance was adjourned until Nov. 17.
