Proceedings of Aug. 19

• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Matthew J. Slye, 32, Oconto, after he was charged with bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 18, and possession of methamphetamine with misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 10. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 15.

Proceedings of Aug. 18

• Sean Michael Schulz, 30, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 1, and felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 7. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 15.

• Brandon J. Neumann, 29, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 16. A plea hearing was scheduled for Sept. 26.

• Neal Charles Krukowski, 64, Wausaukee, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to a charge of manufacture, distribution or delivery of THC, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 28. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 15.

• Brady Lee Saunders, 35, Ripon, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 25. A related felony charge was amended to the misdemeanor battery count in a plea agreement. Judge Jay N. Conley imposed and stayed a 120-day county jail term and placed Saunders on two years of probation.

Proceedings of Aug. 17

• After a day-and-a-half trial and about three hours of deliberation, a jury found Paul M. Fletcher, 42, Green Bay, not guilty of the felony charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon and false imprisonment, but guilty of misdemeanor counts of operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred March 12. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for Sept. 6.

Proceedings of Aug. 15

• Scott Patrick Keller, 50, Marinette, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 19. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 15.
