Proceedings of June 23

Cynthia Annette Pecore, 26, Appleton, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on a charge of fleeing an officer in a vehicle, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 13. Arraignment was scheduled for July 14.

Brian T. Baeten, 32, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), and misdemeanor counts of failure to install ignition interlock devices and operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 19. Arraignment was scheduled for July 14.

Nathan R. Neldner, 29, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor receiving or concealing stolen property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 4. Arraignment was scheduled for July 14. Neldner is also awaiting trial on charges of burglary, eight counts of theft, and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 27.

Jacob T. Wenzel, 20, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 9. Arraignment was scheduled for July 14.

Proceedings of June 22

Judge Jay N. Conley denied a motion for sentence modification filed by Dylan Hrabik, 21, who is serving a sentence at Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 15, 2019.

Robert Francis Marshall, 43, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to second-degree sexual assault of a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 25. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for July 14.

London Nicole Hiers, 32, Marinette, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 1. Arraignment was scheduled for July 14.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Maya R. Hrabik, 17, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, escape from criminal arrest, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 10. Arraignment was scheduled for July 14.

Cody R. Ludwig, 30, Pound, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 10. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for July 14.

Bond was set at $30,000 cash for Landon W. Burkett, 17, Oconto, after he was charged with first-degree reckless endangering safety and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 21. His initial appearance was adjourned until July 14.

Proceedings of June 21

Carla Renee Cooper, 44, Mountain, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 20. Arraignment was scheduled for Aug. 11. She is also awaiting trial on chrges of burglary and misdemeanor theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 12, 2020.

Crystal Lynn Peterson, 47, Marinette, waived her right to preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 19. Arraignment was scheduled for Aug. 11.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Christopher L. Mueller, 32, Oconto, after he was charged with manufactue and delivery of amphetamine, possession with intent to distribute amphetamine and methamphetamine, two counts of delivery of methamphetamine near certain places, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred May 3 and June 14. His initial appearance was adjourned until July 14.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Jacob Patrick Mellgren, 29, Kewaskum, after he was charged with fleeing an officer and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with a high-speed chase on June 17. His initial appearance was adjourned until July 14.

Bond was set at $3,000 cash for Levi James Mineau, 23, Green Bay, after he was charged with fleeing an officer on his motorcycle in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 19. His initial appearance was adjourned until July 14.
