Proceedings of Jan. 14

Ryan Paul Winslow, 28, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to victim intimidation, stalking and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault, harassment, two counts of making computer threats and disorderly conduct in connection with incidents that occurred in December 2019. One of the misdemeanor counts was originally charged as a felony and amended in a plea agreement. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for March 18 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Joshua M. Waschbisch, 33, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to charges of battery by a prisoner and aggravated battery of an elderly victim, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in the county jail March 16. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Jan. 25.
Brenda Sue Miller, 29, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to substantial battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 30. A plea hearing was scheduled for Jan. 28.

Proceedings of Jan. 13

Calla Ann Hook, 28, Peshtigo, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred March 27, 2020, and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 25, 2020. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 21 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Grace R.N. Grell, 40, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred July 29. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 21 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

A bench warrant was issued for Steven L. Anderson, 61, Suring, after he failed to appear for a pre-trial conference on charges of fleeing an officer in a vehicle and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 26, 2021.

A bench warrant was issued for Faithe Emaleigh Nicole Parins, 21, Green Bay, after she failed to appear for a court hearing on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 31.

Mitchell Anthony Kohel, 34, Whitelaw, pleaded not guilty to causing injury by operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), hit-and-run causing injury and misdemeanor count of operating while his license is revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 25. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 21.

Larry Charles Forbush Jr., 53, Menasha, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) with a passenger younger than 16, and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content (fourth offense) with a passenger younger than 16, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 25. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 17.

Nathan R. Neldner, 29, De Pere, pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary, eight counts of theft and bail jumping, in connection with an alleged break-in and theft of cash and guns from a residence in the Town of Gillett that occurred Sept. 27. A bail/bond hearing was scheduled for Jan. 21.

Saul Cortes-Bustamante, 19, Manitowoc, pleaded not guilty to burglary and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 7. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 17.

Kenneth P. Halase, 39, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 23. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Feb. 17.

Proceedings of Jan. 12

Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Richard W. Sotka, 47, Marinette, after he was charged with stalking and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and a court order violation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 1, 2021. His initial appearance was adjourned until Jan. 18.

Jessica N. Miller, 37, Green Bay, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 23. Arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 17.

Proceedings of Jan. 11

Alexander Rhode, 33, Suring, was placed on 18 months’ probation for knowingly trafficking in food stamps, in connection with an incident that occurred in April 2019. Judge Michael T. Judge imposed fines and court costs of $3,078 and ordered Rhode to perform 50 hours of community service.

Jessica L. Hartley, 39, Oconto, pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of intentionally pointing a firearm at someone, in connection with an incident that occurred March 9, 2021. Two related felony charges were dismissed in a plea agreement but read into the record. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 7.

Phleecee K. Young, 20, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 16. Arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 17.

Proceedings of Jan. 10

Michael Edward Garvey, 39, Marinette, pleaded no contest to possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred March 26, 2021. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for March 16 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Rodger A. Otradovec, 40, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to strangulation-suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 3. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Feb. 18.
