Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Mitchell Lawrence Walsh, 25, Oconto, after he was charged with bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 29. His initial appearance was adjourned until June 11.

Proceedings of June 1

Adam J. Julius, 20, Oconto Falls, pleaded guilty to battery by prisoners, in connection with an incident that occurred June 9, 2019. A second battery by prisoners charge, involving a Feb. 23 incident, was dismissed but read into the record. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Aug. 3 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

An Oct. 27 jury trial was scheduled for Colton Duwayne Brede, 26, Bonduel, who faces a felony charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and six related misdemeanors: operating a firearm while intoxicated; endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon; dognapping; intentionally mistreating animals; and two counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 3. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 13.

A bench warrant was authorized for Whitney Morgan Helms, 24, Little Chute, after he failed to appear for a sentencing hearing for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 9.

Todd A. Woyak, 53, Little Suamico, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on two counts of child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 10. Arraignment was scheduled for July 16.
