Sophomores: Owen Spiegel (OL/DL); Jay Brei (OL/DL); Ryan Malueg (WR/DB). Tigerton - Juniors: Asher Michaelis (OL/DL). Sophomores Loghan Wanta (OL/DL).

New athletes who could make impact this season (positions): Marion - Seniors: Isaiah Gueths (TE/CB); Juniors: Jake VanKooy (WR/CB); Sophomores: Kasey Roethle (TE/DL).

Returning all-conference players (positions): First team: Nick Malueg (RB).

Coach’s comment on upcoming season: “The Thundercatz look to a core of veteran leaders to guide their program to pre-COVID success. The program had high hopes for the 2020 season and was dealt unexpected adversity, which the team feels ultimately strengthened their character,” said Micah Schwantes.

“Although the program did not return as many players as projected, the foundation remains and should lead to success on the field. On the current roster more than two-thirds are underclassmen, who will be called upon to step into critical positions throughout the season. Of the returning upperclassmen, most have received all-conference accolades in the past.”
