VOLLEYBALL

Bonduel 3

Amherst 2

Bonduel outlasted Amherst in a Central Wisconsin Conference-East Division battle on Sept. 20 in Amherst. The Bears won by scores of 25-23, 19-25, 25-20, 18-25, 15-6.

Hailee Thompson posted 30 assists, 14 digs and eight kills for Bonduel in the win. Macy Niles recorded 35 digs and three aces.

Audrey Weier tallied 19 kills and eight digs for the Bears, while Abby Stoltenow had 12 digs and 10 kills.

Tigerton 3

Stockbridge 2

Tigerton knocked off Stockbridge in five sets on Sept. 20 in Tigerton, winning by scores of 25-19, 20-25, 25-23, 19-25, 15-13.

Skyler Hauser recorded 24 combined kills, 18 digs and 11 service points for Tigerton, while Abby Swartz had 11 attack kills and 20 digs.

McKenzie Hoffman led the Tigers with 33 assists, while also posting 10 digs and 13 service points. Samantha Suehring posted 17 service points and 15 digs, while Jade Selle had 30 digs and six attack kills.

Gresham 3

Marion 0

Gresham swept Marion in a CWC-North clash on Sept. 20 in Gresham, winning by scores of 25-6, 25-12, 25-6.

Janay Pecore-Kirkland was credited with 13 service points and five aces for Gresham. Maddie Haffner had 16 service points, while Jessa Jensen tallied 10 service points and nine aces.

Lexi Baddmoccosin-Barnes led the Wildcats with 11 assists. Chloe Bohl registered five kills.

Suring 3

Lena 1

Suring took down Lena in a Marinette & Oconto Conference match on Sept. 20 in Suring. The Eagles won by scores of 25-19, 27-25, 24-26, 25-14.

Christine Sleeter led Suring with 17 combined kills, while McKenzie Chesterfield had nine attack kills and three aces. Bailey Stuart recorded five digs, four attack kills and four aces.

Macie Reed tallied a team-leading 15 assists for the Eagles, while MaShya Seefeldt had 12 assists and five aces. Emma Kristof posted eight digs and three aces, while Trinity Remic had six digs and three aces.

Bowler 3

White Lake 0

Bowler eased past White Lake in a CWC-North clash on Sept. 20 in White Lake, winning by scores of 25-7, 25-21, 25-11.

Natalie Rickert posted nine attack kills, seven aces and five assists for Bowler in the win. Brandi Spencer totaled 15 assists and six aces, while Isabella Stevens had seven aces and eight digs.

Shianne Pike was credited with seven digs for Bowler. Bertina Dodge served four aces.

Witt-Birn 3

Iola-Scan 2

Wittenberg-Birnamwood toppled Iola-Scandinavia in a CWC-East thriller on Sept. 20 in Wittenberg. The Chargers won by scores of 12-25, 25-23, 25-16, 22-25, 15-4.

Reese Rogowski led Witt-Birn with 21 kills and 16 digs, while London Metropulos had 15 kills. Payton Foster contributed 17 assists, 11 digs and three aces.

Lilly Betry posted 17 assists for the Chargers. Allison Linke tallied 12 digs.

Freedom 3

Oconto Falls 2

Oconto Falls dropped a North Eastern Conference showdown to Freedom on Sept. 20 in Freedom. The hosts won by scores of 25-14, 27-29, 26-24, 23-25, 15-9.

Amber Otto tallied 23 attack kills, three aces and 14 digs for Oconto Falls. Brailyn St. Louis added 13 attack kills, while Tess Maggio had nine.

Kyndra Staidl led the Panthers with 31 digs. Hanna Krejcarek recorded 18 digs, while Madison Uelmen had 14.

Krejcarek also led the team in assists with 23. Morgan Moynihan was credited with 17 assists.

Coleman 3

Gillett 0

Gillett dropped an M&O match to Coleman on Sept. 20 in Coleman. The hosts won by scores of 25-9, 25-7, 25-14.

Reece Franti finished the match with 12 digs for Gillett. Grace Baer tallied 10 digs, while Halle Fisher had eight and Madison VanHaren and Mia Soper had seven each.

Hailey Elsner recorded three of the team’s eight kills in the match. Fisher and Baer each served five times.

GIRLS TENNIS

Pulaski 6

Green Bay Preble 1

Pulaski rolled to a Fox River Classic Conference win over Green Bay Preble on Sept. 20 in Pulaski.

Kylie Cole (No. 1), Isabella Skalecki (No. 2) and Treva Robaidek (No. 3) all won singles matches for Pulaski. Madeline Diefenthaler and Ruth Krause (No. 1), Sarah Johnson and Josie Steeno (No. 2) and Mikalah Due and Carlee Elliott (No. 3) were victorious in doubles action.

Shawano honored its seniors with a shutout win over Marinette on Sept. 20 in Shawano.

Jenna Ainsworth (No. 1), Adison Moesch (No. 2), Ireland Setterman (No. 3) and Rachael Cooper (No. 4) all won singles matches for Shawano. Anna Etten and Samantha Martzke (No. 1), Ava Huntington and Ariana Albert (No. 2) and Hadley Rettke and Rachael Carroll (No. 3) were winners in doubles play.

CROSS-COUNTRY

Onesti leads Shawano at invite

Ethan Onesti placed third with a time of 17 minutes, 22.54 seconds to finish as Shawano top individual at the Winneconne Invite on Sept. 20 in Winneconne.

Andon Chelberg (18:31.4) placed 12th for the boys, while Will Chelberg (19:05.8) was 18th. Quinn Olson (19:55.8) and Connor Chelberg (20:18.02) capped the team score by placing 38th and 42nd, respectively.

Lily Guenther (21:13.4) and Grace Chelberg (21:18.7) paced the girls team with seventh- and eighth-place finishes, respectively.

Bailey Hendricks (21:33.6) claimed 12th, Adalyn Barkley (23:28) was 32nd and Anabelle Schroeder (24:05) took 47th to cap the girls team score.

BOYS SOCCER

Pulaski 2

Pulaski was doubled up by De Pere in a FRCC match on Sept. 20 in Pulaski. De Pere scored twice in the second half to emerge victorious.

Ryan Drafz and Chase Ambrosius scored unassisted goals for Pulaski.

Pulaski goalie Mason Baker stopped six shots while defending the net.
