Wilsons lead Truckers at meet

Jesse Wilson and Jasmine Wilson led their respective Clintonville teams during a North Eastern Conference meet on Friday in Clintonville.

Jesse Wilson finished second in the boys race with a time of 16 minutes, 24 seconds, while Jasmine Wilson led the Clintonville girls with an 11th-place finish in 23:43.

Cody Carrico (19:42), Brody Prill (20:52), Mason Carrico (21:26) and Casey Ploederl (21:47) were the next four finishers for the boys team, placing 20th, 26th, 30th and 35th, respectively.

Allison Smejkal (25:36) and Rebecca Pyatskowit (28:20) ran for the Clintonville girls, taking 17th and 23rd, respectively.
