Lena/STAA 42

Suring 0

Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy earned a shutout win over Suring in a Peninsula Conference 8-player game on Sept. 16 in Lena. Lena/STAA has outscored its first four opponents 155-0.

Tyler Shallow rushed for 89 yards and a score for Lena/STAA. Logan Graef, Max Peterson and Sam Marquardt also rushed for a score each, tallying 56, 54 and 50 rushing yards, respectively.

Marquardt also threw a 64-yard touchdown pass to Sidney Sylvester. Marquardt returned a punt 87 yards for another score.

Lena/STAA outgained Suring 321-33 in the contest.

Kewaunee 40

Bonduel 19

Bonduel dropped a Packerland Conference game to Kewaunee on Sept. 16 in Bonduel.

Louis Hrabik rushed for 103 yards and two scores for Bonduel. Noah Weier threw for 147 yards and a score to Cade Johnson.

Johnson also led the defense with an interception, while Easton Reinke registered a sack.

Kewaunee outscored Bonduel 22-6 in the second half to pull away for the win.
