BOYS SOCCER

Pulaski 12

Green Bay West 0

Top-seeded Pulaski routed eighth-seeded Green Bay West in a Division 2 regional semifinal match on Oct. 18 in Pulaski.

Jack Ryan netted a hat trick to lead Pulaski. Chase Ambrosius and Luke Hanstedt scored two goals each. Hayden Burkel, Austin Lipsey, Maddox McKeefry, Dylan Carley and Corbin Tackmier all scored once for the Red Raiders.

Tackmier also was credited with two assists, while Ryan and Alex Kouzov had one assist each. Pulaski goalies Mason Baker and Gaven Haldemann did not need to save any shots, as Pulaski outshot Green Bay West 31-0.

Pulaski will next host No. 5 Marshfield in the regional title match on Oct. 22.

Green Bay Southwest 2

Shawano 1

Third-seeded Shawano was upset by sixth-seeded Green Bay Southwest during a Division 2 regional semifinal match on Oct. 18 in Shawano.

Julian Perez scored Shawano’s goal.

Northland Lutheran 6

Gresham/Bowler 1

Ninth-seeded Gresham/Bowler was eliminated after a Division 4 regional quarterfinal match loss against No. 8 Northland Lutheran on Oct. 18 in Kronenwetter.

Colby Belongia scored the co-op’s goal off a Wesley Thiex assist.

VOLLEYBALL

Lena 3

Gillett 2

Fourth-seeded Lena rallied past fifth-seeded Gillett in a Division 4 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Lena. The Wildcats won by scores of 16-25, 17-25, 25-16, 25-16, 15-5.

Natalie McNurlen posted 14 total kills to lead Lena to victory. Makynna Herald recorded 26 assists, while Peyton Dorow had eight attack kills and three aces. Alabama Lambert totaled five attack kills, and Claire Brooks had four attack kills.

Lena will battle top-seeded Suring in a regional semifinal on Oct. 20.

Hailey Elsner posted 17 attack kills for Gillett, while Halle Fisher had 11 digs and six total kills. Mia Soper also recorded 11 digs for Gillett. Reece Franti contributed nine digs, while Cilena Guns and Bella Matczak served four and three aces, respectively.

Shawano 3

New London 0

Fifth-seeded Shawano cruised past 12th-seeded New London in a Division 2 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Shawano. The Hawks won by scores of 25-14, 25-10, 25-18.

Abby Bystol led Shawano with 11 kills, while Leah Nordin had eight. Alix Heath tallied 26 assists on the night.

Sam Richter and Megan Dillenburg recorded 12 and 11 digs, respectively, for the Hawks. Richter served four of the team's 11 aces.

Shawano will head to No. 4 Waupaca for a regional semifinal match on Oct. 20.

Bonduel 3

Oconto 0

Fourth-seeded Bonduel rolled past 13th-seeded Oconto in a Division 3 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Bonduel, winning by scores of 25-19, 25-18, 25-16.

Hailee Thompson posted 24 assists, 10 digs, four kills and three aces for Bonduel in the win. Audrey Weier tallied 12 kills and eight digs.

Nakiyah Henning finished with 15 digs and five kills for the Bears. Macy Niles provided 18 digs.

Bonduel will host No. 5 Peshtigo in its next match on Oct. 20.

Gresham 3

White Lake 0

Second-seeded Gresham made quick work of seventh-seeded White Lake in a Division 4 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Gresham. The Wildcats won by scores of 25-9, 25-2, 25-16.

Maddie Haffner finished with 30 service points and 15 aces to lead Gresham. Aria Irving tallied seven service points.

Chloe Bohl posted a team-leading six kills for Gresham, while Tia Terrio had five kills. Lexi Baddmoccosin-Barnes tallied eight assists, while Josie Cerveny had five.

Gresham will host No. 3 Bowler in a regional semifinal match on Oct. 20.

Bowler 3

STAA 0

Third-seeded Bowler eased to a 25-5, 25-9, 25-5 sweep of No. 6 St. Thomas Aquinas Academy in a Division 4 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Bowler.

Natalie Rickert tallied six attack kills and three aces for Bowler, while Isabella Stevens had five attack kills. Ava Paiser served 11 aces while chipping in five assists and four attack kills.

Brandi Spencer led the Panthers with 12 assists and also served six aces. Bertina Dodge had a team-leading six digs and added nine aces. Paige Treptow served seven aces, as Bowler finished with 40 aces as a team.

Bowler will head to No. 2 Gresham for a regional semifinal match on Oct. 20.

Hilbert 3

Tigerton 0

Tigerton, a No. 12 seed, wasn’t able to pull an upset against fifth-seeded Hilbert in a Division 4 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Hilbert. Tigerton lost by scores of 25-17, 25-12, 25-16.

Skyler Hauser posted eight total kills and 11 digs for Tigerton, while McKenzie Hoffman had 11 digs and eight assists.

Jade Selle contributed seven service points, six digs and three attack kills for the Tigers, while Samantha Suehring also had three attack kills. Abby Swartz tallied six service points.

Sevastopol 3

Marion 0

Marion, a No. 14 seed, had its season wrap up after a Division 4 regional quarterfinal loss to third-seeded Sevastopol on Oct. 18 in Sturgeon Bay.

The hosts won by scores of 25-3, 25-5, 25-6.

Iola-Scandinavia 3

Menominee Indian 0

Menominee Indian, a No. 14 seed, saw its season come to an end after a loss to third-seeded Iola-Scandinavia in a Division 3 regional quarterfinal match on Oct. 18 in Iola.

The hosts won by scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-15.
