Menominee Indian 58

Bowler 52

Mimi Beaulieu-Morgan broke a Menominee Indian record while leading the team to a Central Wisconsin Conference crossover win over Bowler on Friday.

Beaulieu-Morgan hit 10 3-pointers, a new school record, and scored 33 points overall.

“Obviously, Mimi was huge for us tonight,” said Menominee Indian coach Michael Skenadore. “We saw them come out in their zone and we started slanting a lot of our offense her way and she came through for us. She’s been putting a lot of time in the gym on her own working on her shooting and really trying to bring her whole game together. It’s nice to see her hard work pay off.”

Tynea Johnson and Kayla Pecore led Bowler with 12 points each. Brooke Thiex chipped in 11 points.
