Shawano 46

Seymour 14

Shawano dominated Seymour in a Division 2 playoff game Thursday in Shawano.

Elliott Lowney, Gage Timm and Kaleb Lowney accounted for all six Shawano touchdowns on the night. Elliott Lowney caught two touchdown passes from Timm, who also rushed for a touchdown.

Elliott Lowney returned an interception for another score. Kaleb Lowney finished with a pair of rushing touchdowns.

The Hawks end their season with a 6-3 record.

Bonduel 36

Manawa 26

Bonduel rallied to a Division 5 playoff win over Manawa on Thursday in Bonduel.

The Bears faced a 12-point deficit on two occasions, including trailing 20-8 at halftime. Bonduel rallied to tie the game at 20 before Manawa returned a kickoff for a score to grab the lead again.

Bonduel surged back ahead with a touchdown about halfway through the fourth quarter and then tacked on another score with less than two minutes to play to seal the win.

Bonduel won its eighth game in a row and finishes the year 8-1 overall.

Stratford 28

Witt-Birn 27

Wittenberg-Birnamwood came up just short of upsetting ranked Stratford in a Division 4 playoff game on Thursday in Stratford. The Chargers finish the year with a 2-4 record, which includes a forfeit playoff win.

Ben Wesolowski connected with Kaden Schmidt for a 58-yard touchdown pass to get Witt-Birn on the scoreboard and tie the game at seven in the second quarter. The Chargers added another touchdown with less than a minute to play in the half and led 13-7 at halftime.

After Stratford scored the next two touchdowns to go up eight, Wesolowski scored a 9-yard rushing touchdown before completing a two-point conversion pass to David Gauderman to tie the game at 21.

Witt-Birn surged ahead with a touchdown with just over four minutes to play in the game, but Stratford responded with a touchdown of its own and converted the extra point to go ahead and eventually come away with the win.
