BOYS BASKETBALL

Clintonville 65

Denmark 48

Clintonville eased to a North Eastern Conference win over Denmark on Thursday in Denmark.

Aiden Polzin knocked down 10 shots to score 24 points for Clintonville. Cam Mauel and Presley Rosenow each tallied 10 points, while Brock Smejkal had eight and Nathan Morse seven.

Clintonville outscored Denmark 37-24 in the second half to pull away.

Wittenberg-Birnamwood 59

Amherst 44

Wittenberg-Birnamwood ended the regular season with a Central Wisconsin Conference-East Division victory over Amherst on Thursday in Wittenberg.

Austin Gibson led a balanced Witt-Birn attack on offense with 18 points. Brendan Resch scored 16 points, while Simon Stewart had 13.

Witt-Birn outscored Amherst by 14 in the second half.

Bonduel 61

Rosholt 54

Bonduel picked up a CWC crossover win over Rosholt on Thursday in Bonduel. The Bears ended the game on a 31-14 run.

Cole Letter led Bonduel by scoring 20 points, while Carson Robaidek posted 19 points.

Noah Beilfuss added nine points, while Kole Jashinsky chipped in seven.

Manawa 58

Gresham 48

Gresham was outscored by 10 in the second half of a CWC-North loss to Manawa on Thursday in Gresham. The Wildcats made just 19 of their 31 free-throw attempts.

Lukas Pecore knocked down four 3-pointers and led Gresham with 18 points. Jonah Surprise and Jake Hoffman each contributed eight points, while Will Jensen had seven.

Pecore also grabbed 10 rebounds, while Surprise had eight. Jensen had five boards and two blocks.
