Bonduel 60

Shiocton 37

Bonduel rolled to a Central Wisconsin-Conference-East Division win in Shiocton on Friday.

Allaina Robaidek and Kara Troxel each scored 14 points for Bonduel, while Troxel also tallied six steals.

Breanna Schnell added 12 points and eight rebounds, while Kylie Hoffman totaled nine points, eight rebounds and four steals for the Bears. Madison Kurey finished with nine rebounds and four steals.

"I thought we rebounded very well and were solid defensively," said Bonduel coach Jerry Reinke. "We drove the ball well on the offensive end, allowing us to go 21-of-29 from the free throw line. It was a good win going into Christmas break."

Amherst 63

Menominee Indian 55

Menominee Indian came up just short of earning a big Central Wisconsin Conference-East Division road win over Amherst on Friday.

Mimi Beaulieu-Morgan scored 23 points to lead Menominee Indian on offense. Senihseah Wayka chipped in 11 points.

"We opened the game very nicely. We were able to run some of our sets and got out to a short lead. After that it turned into a game of runs," said Menominee Indian coach Michael Skenadore. "We just ran out of time at the end after going down 15."
