Amherst 35, Bonduel 7

Four turnovers hurt Bonduel in a Central Wisconsin Conference-Large Division home loss to Amherst on Friday. Bonduel slipped to 4-2 overall and 2-2 in conference play.

The Bears turned the ball over three times in the first half, allowing Amherst to take a 28-0 lead into halftime.

Bonduel kept fighting in the second half, and eventually found the end zone in the fourth quarter on a 10-yard touchdown pass from Cole Letter to Dylan Burch. An interception by Bonduel’s Logan Majewski set up the scoring drive.

Witt-Birn 27, Shiocton 9

Wittenberg-Birnamwood knocked off Shiocton in Wittenberg on Friday.

The Chargers improved to 5-1 on the season and 2-1 in conference play.

Clintonville 17, Green Bay East 14

Tucker Pari hit a 21-yard field goal in the final minute of play to lift Clintonville to a nonconference win over Green Bay East on Friday in Green Bay.

Brock Smejkal caught two touchdown passes for Clintonville, which outgained Green Bay East 322-108 and is now 1-5 overall. Smejkal finished with four receptions and 103 receiving yards

Smejkal caught the first touchdown on a pass from Dylan Arnold, while Braiden Behnke threw Smejkal the game-tying score. Arnold finished with 53 rushing yards and 91 passing yards, while Behnke had 101 passing yards.

Ryan Wegenke rushed for 68 yards for the Truckers. Dylan Danforth caught three passes for 65 yards.

Marion/Tigerton 28, Tri-County 14

Marion/Tigerton doubled up Tri-County behind strong games from Ethan Scheef and Austin Hoffmann. The co-op is 3-3 overall for the season.

Scheef had a hand in all four Marion/Tigerton touchdowns. He rushed for 175 yards and two scores, while throwing for 98 yards and two scores. Hoffmann caught two passes and turned both receptions into touchdowns.

Cayden Schoen hauled in a 42-yard pass for the Thundercatz.

Xavier 49, Shawano 23

Shawano dropped a Bay Conference road game to Xavier on Friday. The loss leaves Shawano with a 3-3 record overall and in the Bay.

Xavier scored 42 unanswered points after Shawano tied the game at seven in the second quarter.

Shawano’s Elliott Lowney hauled in six receptions for 100 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Nick Sherman had two catches for 71 yards.

Brayden Dickelman rushed for 138 yards and the Hawks’ other touchdown. Gage Timm finished with 167 passing yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for 38 yards.

Port Edwards 53, Bowler/Gresham 0

Bowler/Gresham lost a road contest to Port Edwards on Friday. Bowler/Gresham fell to 0-3 on the season.

Port Edwards rushed for 350 yards in the contest.

Bowler/Gresham's Daquan Malone-Gregory caught a game-high eight passes, while Logan Thiex had seven. On defense, Zach Ziemer led the co-op with seven solo tackles.

Deerfield 34, Menominee Indian 14

Menominee Indian was unable to keep pace with Deerfield in a nonconference matchup in Keshena on Saturday.

Menominee Indian is now 2-4 on the season.
