Gresham wins 3 at Owen-Withee Quad
The Gresham girls volleyball team won all three of its matches during the Owen-Withee Quad at Owen-Withee on Aug. 29.
Gresham defeated Owen-Withee in its first match that went three sets, 20-25, 24-14 and 15-13. Emily Jensen recorded 11 service points, while Maddie Haffner recorded eight service points and nine digs.
Gresham defeated Rib Lake in its second match of the quad in three sets, 17-25, 25-17 and 15-11. Jensen scored nine service points.
Gresham defeated Chetek-Weyerhauser in its third match of the quad in two sets, 25-10 and 25-17. Lexi Baddmoccosin-Barnes led the Hawks with ten service points and ten assists.
Suring vs. Crivitz
Suring defeated Crivitz in five sets at Suring. After dropping the first two sets, Suring won by scores of 18-25, 21-25, 25-23, 26-24 and 15-7.
Lena vs. Gillett
Lena defeated Gillett in four sets at Lena, winning 20-25, 25-23, 25-11 and 25-13.
Bowler vs. Menominee Indian and Bowler vs. Faith Christian Academy
Menominee Indian defeated Bowler in three sets, winning 12-25, 25-16 and 26-24.
Bowler defeated Faith Christian Academy in two sets, winning 27-25 and 25-12.
