Dennis G. Dallman

Dennis G. Dallman, 79, of the town of Richmond, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020, at Shawano Health Services.

Dennis was born on July 5, 1940, at the Shawano Hospital to the late Raymond and Ida (Nuske) Dallmann. He attended school in Bowler, then went to work on the family farm. On Jan. 2, 1965, he married RoGene Mehlberg at St. Paul Lutheran Church-Stony Hill. The couple enjoyed 25 years of marriage.

Dennis worked at various jobs over the years, but was most proud of his career with Carver Boats. While employed there, he worked in several different positions on the production line before retiring. Dennis is a lifelong member of St. Paul-Stony Hill. His hobbies included going to car shows and auctions, and he and RoGene never missed the Iola Car Show. Dennis was known for his 1966 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, and loved to show it off.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Nancy (Corey) Marcell, of Shawano; grandsons, Kyle Kuhn, Shane Kuhn and Kaden Marcell, all of Shawano; his brother, Dean Dallmann, of Tilleda; nephews, Dan and Dana (Amy) Dallmann of Tilleda; his brothers-in-law, EuGene (Helen) Mehlberg, of Clintonville and Mark (Debbie) Mehlberg, of Oshkosh; and his niece and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, RoGene.

A funeral service for Dennis G. Dallman will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church-Stony Hill. Pastor John Eyer will officiate. Burial will take place in the church cemetery following the service. Visitation will begin on Friday, May 29, 2020, from 3-7 p.m. at Mickelson Funeral Service in Shawano, and continue at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
