Dairyland Highlights (Aug. 18)

Pulaski 8

Bonduel 6

Pulaski rallied to a playoff win over Bonduel on Aug. 13 in Bonduel.

Cody Pangrazzi earned the win on the hill after pitching the final three innings. Drew McDermid started and struck out eight batters over six innings.

Jason Infusino and Ethan Bemowski each homered for Pulaski. Jarrett Olson tied the game with a two-RBI hit.

Bonduel scored four times in the opening inning but was limited to two runs the rest of the way.

Hortonville 3

Cecil 2 (11 inn.)

Tommy Dugandzic plated the game-winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning, lifting Hortonville past Cecil on Aug. 13 in Hortonville.

Kyle Stuewer scored a pair of runs for Hortonville. Mason Thiel was the winning pitcher after coming on in relief of Chris Atwood.

Garrett Engel and Andrew Schroeder each posted three hits for Cecil. Schroeder took the loss on the hill after coming on in relief of Tucker Bouche.

Hofa Park 4

Nichols 3 (10 inn.)

Mason Dorn scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the 10th to help Hofa Park past Nichols on Aug. 13 in Hofa Park.

Dorn finished with three hits, two RBIs and two runs scored.

Mike Delgado picked up the win on the mound after working the 10th inning. Trevor Cornell and Rob Schuettpelz also pitched for Hofa Park.

Waupaca 10

Navarino 0 (7 inn.)

Waupaca cruised past Navarino in a playoff clash on Aug. 13 in Waupaca. The hosts scored all 10 runs in the opening inning.

Luke Behm drove in two runs on two hits to lead Waupaca at the plate. Johnny Popham scored two runs.

Cam Seidl, Adam Kennedy, Jim Nighbor and Jake Pankratz all pitched for Waupaca in the win, with Seidl striking out five over three frames.

James Muchie took the loss on the hill.
