Dairyland Highlights (Aug. 11)

Hofa Park 9

Nichols 8

Trevor Cornell delivered a bases-loaded single in the ninth inning to lift Hofa Park past Nichols on Aug. 6 in Hofa Park. Cornell also got the win on the hill after pitching the ninth.

Mason Dorn and Rob Schuettpelz each drove in two runs on three hits for Hofa Park. Cornell finished with three RBIs.

Jake DeBruin homered among his two hits and drove in two runs for Nichols.

Waupaca 7

Bonduel 0

Waupaca blanked Bonduel in an Aug. 6 matchup in Bonduel.

Cam Seidl struck out 14 batters over six innings to get the win for Waupaca. Jim Nighbor worked three scoreless frames.

Brenden Canterbury homered twice among his three hits and drove in four runs to power Waupaca at the plate.

Wyatt Reinke took the loss on the bump for Bonduel, which was limited to two hits at the plate.

Hortonville 13

Shawano 3 (8 inn.)

Hortonville took down Shawano in an Aug. 6 clash in Hortonville.

Ty Dreier drove in three runs for Hortonville, while Logan Grossman, Kole Ellenbecker and Kyle Stuewer each scored twice.

Chris Atwood got the win on the hill, while Mason Thiel tossed two scoreless frames.

Tom Keszo took the loss for Shawano. Bryce Szymanski, Chase Henning and Keszo scored the team’s runs.

Pulaski 8

Navarino 2

Pulaski rallied past Navarino in an Aug. 6 battle in Navarino.

Logan Hochevar homered among his three hits and drove in four runs for Pulaski. The Reds scored all eight runs between the eighth and ninth innings.

Cody Pangrazzi was the winning pitcher, working all nine innings.

Nathan Gramms was tagged with the loss on the hill. Mason Dingeldein and Ryan Boettcher both had three hits for the Rangers.

Hortonville 9

Hofa Park 2

Hortonville toppled Hofa Park in an Aug. 4 contest in Hortonville.

Colan Treml earned the win on the hill after striking out seven batters across six innings. Logan Locy and Parker White also pitched for Hortonville.

Cam Kuhnke tallied four hits to lead the hosts at the plate. Brett Kramer drove in three runs on three hits.

Mason Dorn and Ethan Volz had two hits each for Hofa Park. Hayden Groff took the loss on the bump.

Nichols 13

Navarino 3 (7 inn.)

Nichols eased past Navarino in an Aug. 5 game in Nichols.

Justin Krull homered among his two hits and drove in three runs for Nichols. He also scored four runs. Mason Pautz was the winning pitcher.

Spencer Dauphany took the loss on the hill but led Navarino at the plate with two hits.
