• Stephanie A. Beattie, 39, Bowler, was charged May 22 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 31.

• Desiree A. Webster, 25, Suring, was charged May 22 with three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $100 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 9.

• Tyson A. Schreiber, 24, Shawano, was charged May 23 with 12 counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license (third or subsequent offense in three years). Sloma set a cash bond of $3,000 and scheduled a status conference for June 20.

• Dustin W. Poppe, 34, White Lake, was charged May 24 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 13.

• Charles R. Terrio, 40, Bowler, was charged May 25 with one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and three counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 31.

• Caitlynn J. Testolin, 30, Oconto Falls, was charged May 25 with four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass to a dwelling and one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for June 2.

• Erin L. Peters, 35, Gresham, was charged May 26 with one count of strangulation and suffocation, one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $5,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for July 18.

• Charges against Dion H. Dick, 28, Crandon, were dismissed May 26 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense), one misdemeanor count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (second offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked.

• Robert S. Powless, 37, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 26 to one count of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Powless to 120 days in jail and three years of probation.
