• Michael J. Feather, 37, Gillett, was charged Nov. 28 with three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court Judge William F. Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 2.

• Amie B. Hubartt, 49, Cudahy, was charged Nov. 28 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and a signature bond of $1,000 He also scheduled a final pre-trial for March 1.

• Carolyn C. Groshek, 38, Tigerton, was charged Nov. 28 with one count of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Dec. 7.

• Kayla S. Suvanto, 31, Shawano, was charged Nov. 28 with four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 7.

• Jacob R. Nevins, 18, Shawano, was charged Nov. 28 with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count of intentionally abusing a hazardous substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and a signature bond of $2,000. He also scheduled a status conference for Dec. 15.

• Olivia Cruz-Montalvo, 47, Appleton, was charged Nov. 29 with one count of misappropriating identification information, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription and one misdemeanor count of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and a signature bond of $2,500. He also scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 6.

• Charges against Priscilla M. Johnson, 44, Green Bay, were dismissed Nov. 29 on a prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription and one misdemeanor count of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin.

• Charges against Brian S. Pamonicutt, 28, Gresham, were dismissed Nov. 29 on a prosecutor’s motion. That charge includes one count of first-degree child sexual assault. In another case, one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child was also dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
• William R. Sanders, 29, Oshkosh, was charged Nov. 30 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 19.

• Wendell J. Boivin, 37, Neopit, was charged Nov. 30 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 20.

• Linda M. Barrientos, 37, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Nov. 30 to one count of failure to report to jail (10 or more days). Sloma sentenced Barrientos to six months in jail.

• Angelina M. Schierland, 34, Waupaca, was charged Dec. 1 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of methamphetamine, 12 counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 5.

• Jerrod L. Hill, 57, Bowler, was charged Dec. 1 with four counts of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, eight counts of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 8.

• Johnny L. Kinney, 28, Neopit, was charged Dec. 1 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 19.

• Ramona A. Wabanascum, 25, Neopit, was charged Dec. 1 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 6.

• Drew J. Madosh, 31, Shawano, was charged Dec. 1 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 6.

• Daryl J. Waupekenay, 31, Neopit, was charged Dec. 2 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 7.

• John W. Deacy, 52, Wittenberg, was charged Dec. 2 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 22.

• Joel T. Kinney, 32, Shawano, was charged Dec. 2 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 9.

• Louise R. Mohawk, 20, Shawano, was charged Dec. 2 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 6.

• Lance J. Meidl, 48, Wausau, pleaded no contest to two counts of bail jumping. Two additional counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Meidl to 60 days in jail.
