• Deidre R. Cloud, 31, Shawano, was charged Aug. 15 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 7.

• Crystal M. Malone, 37, Bowler, was charged Aug. 16 with one count of operating while intoxicated causing injury (second or subsequent offense) and one count of second degree recklessly endangering safety. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 26.

• Charges against Aaron J. Hendrickson, 41, Minnesota, were dismissed Aug. 16 on prosecutor’s motion. That charge included one count of a sex registry violation.

• Kia C. Bohn, 20, Hazelhurst, pleaded no contest Aug. 16 to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One count of bail jumping, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Bohn to 120 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Calvin K. Ossman, 34, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Aug. 16 to one count of taking and driving a vehicle without consent. Sloma sentenced Ossman to 12 months in jail.

• Treyton K. Prokash, 19, Green Bay, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 to one count of possession of THC, with intent (less than or equal to 200 grams) and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. One misdemeanor count of possession of THC was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Prokash to 100 days in jail and three years of probation.

• Emmanuel J. Jennings, 32, Plymouth, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 to one count of arson of property other than a building. One count of arson of a building without owner’s consent was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

In another case, Jennings pleaded guilty to one count of driving or operating a vehicle without consent, one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense) and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. One count of burglary, one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500 and one misdemeanor count of operating with prohibited alcohol content were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. One misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Jennings to three years in prison and 18 months of extended supervision.

• Amanda J. Spangler, 46, Wittenberg, was charged Aug. 17 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 7.

• Alexis R. Webster, 24, Green Bay, was charged Aug. 17 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license (second offense in three years). Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500.

• Peter A. Waupoose, 38, Shawano, was charged Aug. 17 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 21.

• Donald E. Webster, 18, Bowler, was charged Aug. 17 with one count of substantial battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 28.

• Tyson A. Schreiber, 23, Shawano, was charged Aug. 17 with four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license (third or subsequent offense in three years). Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 22.

• Chantel M. Thomas, 37, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 17 to one count of bail jumping. Kussel sentenced Thomas to 60 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Brittney M. Rankel, 33, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Aug. 18 to one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500 and to one misdemeanor count of attempted theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500. Four counts of bail jumping were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct was dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Rankel pleaded no contest to two counts of misappropriating identification information, one misdemeanor count of entry into a locked vehicle and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500. Four counts of bail jumping were dismissed on court’s own motion. One count of misappropriating identification information and three misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a financial transaction card, less than or equal to $2,500, was dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Rankel pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed on court’s own motion. Judge James Habeck sentenced Rankel to nine months in jail and 24 months of probation.

• Charges against Gene B. Cloud, 38, Keshena, were dismissed Aug. 18 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked.

• Kyle J. Rockman, 36, Keshena, was charged Aug. 19 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Aug. 29.
