• Warren J. Grignon, 40, Neopit, was charged July 18 with one count of possession of cocaine, with intent to deliver (greater than 1-5 grams), two misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Aug. 9.

• Tiarra D. Wallace, 21, Appleton, was charged July 18 with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sep. 13.

• Caden J. Vogel, 18, Appleton, was charged July 18 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 2.

• Alexis M. Waukechon, 18, Keshena, was charged July 19 with one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 3.

• Cynthia A. Pecore, 26, Appleton, pleaded no contest July 19 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma sentenced Pecore to 90 days in jail and three years of probation.

• Tommy A. Dey, 39, Clintonville, was charged July 20 with one count of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 27.

• Mary R. Montoure-McIntosh, 50, Shawano, was charged July 20 with two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 29.

• Casey R. Prescott, 28, Madison, pleaded no contest July 20 to one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one count of bail jumping. One count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Prescott to four months in jail and three years of probation.

• Daniel A. Blevins, 36, Antigo, pleaded no contest July 21 to one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (third offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record. One misdemeanor count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (third offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating with restricted controlled substance (third offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Blevins to 45 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Christine A. Hensel, 34, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 21 to one count of operating while revoked. One count of possession of narcotic drugs was dismissed on defendant’s motion.

In another case, Hensel pleaded no contest to two counts of bail jumping. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read in to the record.

In another case, Hensel pleaded no contest to one count of manufacturing/delivering heroin (greater than 50 grams) and one count of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (greater than 50 grams). One count of manufacturing/delivering cocaine (greater than 40 grams) and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place were dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Hensel pleaded no contest to three counts of bail jumping. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Hensel pleaded no contest to one count of taking a driving a vehicle without consent, two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. One count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record.

In another case, Hensel pleaded no contest to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of operating with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. One count of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Hensel to 11 years in prison and 15 years of extended supervision.

• Jeffrey D. Rockman, 40, Wittenberg, was charged July 22 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, or store methamphetamine, one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and five counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 2.

• Shane M. Boyd, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 22 to one count of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Boyd to 60 days in jail.
