• Mary A. Dodge, 35, Shawano, was charged June 20 with one count of child abuse and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge Katherine Sloma set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a status conference for June 13.

• LaNathan Wallace, 31, Fond du Lac, was charged June 20 with one count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Amy M. Otradovec, 35, Suring, was charged June 20 with one count of misappropriating identification information and five counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 28.

• Gary S. Williams, 54, Bowler, was charged June 20 with one count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 7.

• Jeffery J. Winker, 47, Tripoli, was charged June 21 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a status conference for July 26.

• William A. Kruse, 30, Shawano, pleaded guilty June 22 to two misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He also pleaded no contest to one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. One count of exposing a child to harmful material was dismissed but read into the record. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Kruse to one year of probation.

• Dale K. Matz, 53, Eland, pleaded no contest June 23 to one count of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense), one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. One count of operating with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Matz to 180 days in jail.

• Charges against David J. Piette, 50, Oshkosh, were dismissed June 23 on a prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included one count of burglary, two counts of possession of burglarious tools, 10 counts of bail jumping, three misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property (less than or equal to $2,500).

• Joyce A. Pamanet-Madosh, 21, Shawano, pleaded no contest June 24 to one count of taking and driving a vehicle without consent and one count of theft of movable property. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of theft of movable property. Three counts of theft of movable property were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Pamanet-Madosh to four years of probation.

• Quentin L. Escalante, 17, Shawano, was charged June 24 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 11.

• Matthew A. Klein, 30, Shawano, was charged June 24 with one count of throwing/expelling bodily substances at a prisoner. Sloma set a signature bond of $5,000 and a cash bond of $100. She also scheduled an preliminary hearing for July 7.

• Dana M. Gunderson, 48, Aniwa, pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense). One count of operating while intoxicated causing injury was dismissed but read into the record. One count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (second offense) and one count of prohibited alcohol content causing injury (second) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Gunderson to 25 days in jail.
