• Robin D. Lutz, 58, Gillett, was charged May 31 with two counts of bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $3,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 6.

• Trevor S. Henry, 29, Birnamwood, was charged May 31 with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of criminal damage to property (over $2,500), one misdemeanor count of operating a firearm while intoxicated, one misdemeanor count of discharging a firearm within 100 feet of a building, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $3,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 8.

• Leslie A. Sleeter, 34, Shawano, was charged May 31 with one count of possession of amphetamine/methamphetamine with intent to deliver (greater than 10-50 grams), one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, or store methamphetamine, four counts of bail jumping, and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 7.

• Beatrice A. Zhuckkahosee, 36, Bonduel, was charged May 31 with one count of possession of amphetamine/methamphetamine, with intent (greater than 10-50 grams), one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, or store methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of possession of cocaine/coca and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 7.

• Charges against Peter R. Ploskee, 57, Oshkosh, were dismissed May 31 on prosecutor’s motion. That charge includes one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense).

• Kenneth W. Sieglaff, 53, De Pere, pleaded no contest May 31 to one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. One count of substantial battery was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma fined Sieglaff $379.

• Jason M. Bell, 46, Omro, was charged May 31 with one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer, one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. In another case, Bell was charged with one count of strangulation and suffocation, two misdemeanor counts of battery and three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $10,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 9.

• Scott C. Mulvy, 43, Appleton, was charged May 31 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 9.

• Joseph P. Holsten, 43, Keshena, was charged May 31 with one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for July 7.

• Peter D. Boyd, 35, Gillett, pleaded no contest June 1 to four misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500 and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. One count of burglary was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Three counts of possession of burglarious tools, one count of criminal damage to property (over $2,500), one count of receiving stolen property (greater than $2,500-$5,000) and one count of receiving stolen property (greater than $10,000) were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Boyd to 60 days in jail.

• Louis E. Ellwart, 50, Gresham, was charged June 2 with two counts of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer and three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 9.

• Shawn R. Homan, 48, Shawano, was charged June 2 with one count of disorderly conduct, five counts of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, one misdemeanor count of criminal trespassing to dwelling and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 8.

• Edward J. Brantley, 44, Pulaski, pleaded no contest June 2 to two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. One count of strangulation and suffocation was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma fined Brantly $300.

• Charges against Joshua L. Mathis, 39, Antigo, were dismissed June 2 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping.

• Caleb J. Hudson, 28, Bonduel, pleaded no contest June 2 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Two more counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record.

• Charges against Johnathan K. Rose, 27, Crivitz, were dismissed June 2 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include one count of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of criminal damage to property (over $2,500).

Peterson, 26, Greenville, pleaded no contest June 2 to one count of possession of amphetamine with intent, greater than 10-50 grams, one count of possession of THC with intent, less than or equal to 200 grams and one count of possession of prescriptions with intent. One count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Peterson to six years of state prison and six years of extended supervision.

• Kayla A. Suvanto, 31, Keshena, was charged June 2 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Sloma set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 13.

• Destinee A. Long-Reed, 18, Shawano, was charged June 3 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and six misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a status conference for July 27.

• Amy M. Otradovec, 35, Shawano, was charged July 3 with two counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $100 and a signature bond of $5,000. She also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 28.

• Alexis R. Wilber, 22, Keshena, was charged June 3 with one count of possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for July 20.

• Gary S. Williams, 54, Bowler, was charged June 3 with tree counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $100 and a signature bond of $5,000. She also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 15.

• Lyle L. Krueger, 48, Marion, pleaded no contest June 3 to one count of theft of a business setting (greater than $10,000 to $100,000) and one count of possession of methamphetamine. One count of office misconduct and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Krueger to one year in jail and five years of probation.
