• Noah B. Jones, 18, Shawano, was charged May 16 with one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of injury by use of a vehicle with prohibited alcohol content, one misdemeanor count of causing an injury while under the influence and one misdemeanor count of causing injury while operating with prohibited alcohol content, greater than 0.15 (first offense). Judge William F. Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $50,000.

• Heather M. Bullock, 40, Gillett, was charged May 16 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a final pre-trial for July 29.

• Jeremy J. Vorpagel, 37, West Bend, pleaded no contest May 16 to one count of misappropriating identification information, one misdemeanor count of possession of cocaine/coca, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of tampering with/failing to install or violating a court order ignition interlock device. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, but read into the record. One misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription was dismissed of prosecutor’s motion. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Vorpagel to 120 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Brenda S. Miller, 29, Bowler, was charged May 17 with four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and three misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a status conference for June 8.

• Linda M. Barrientos, 36, Bonduel, pleaded no contest May 17 to one count of possession of amphetamine with intent, greater than 10-50 grams and one count of bail jumping. One count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Barrientos to three months in jail and four years of probation.

• Darius D. Peters, 30, Shawano, was charged May 18 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a signature bond of $5,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 22.

• James W. Lyons Jr., 43, Green Bay, was charged May 18 with two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a cash bond of $5,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 25.

• Abby M. Niven, 41, Gresham, was charged May 18 with two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 14.

• John F. Braz, 48, Shawano, was charged May 18 with one count of strangulation and suffocation, one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of criminal trespassing to dwelling. Kussel set a cash bond of $15,000 and a signature bond of $10,000. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 1.

• Jesse W. Wahsquonaikezhik, 30, Green Bay, was charged May 18 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense). Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 8.

• Bryce M. Tourtillott, 31, Keshena, was charged May 19 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), 16 counts of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order and one misdemeanor count of criminal trespassing to dwelling. Kussel set a cash bond of $30,000. This case will continue at a later date.

• James K. Deacy, 59, Antigo, was charged May 19 with one count of operating while intoxicated, causing injury (second or subsequent offense), one count of prohibited alcohol content, causing injury (second or subsequent offense), one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (third offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (third offense). Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a final pre-trail for Aug. 17.

• Raphael I. Santana Hermida, 31, Green Bay, pleaded no contest May 19 to one count of misappropriating identification information. One misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed, but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Santana Hermida to two years of probation.

• Charges against Aaron L. Jacobs, 53, Bowler, were dismissed May 19 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include one count of substantial battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

• Michelle R. Lachusa-Lorentzen, 41, Shawano, was charged May 20 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 25.

• David C. Nieme, 48, Clintonville, was charged May 20 with one count of failure to comply with an officer taking them into custody and one misdemeanor count of operating a firearm while intoxicated. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and a signature bond of $2,000. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for July 13.

• Jason R. Vazquez, 37, Bowler, was charged May 20 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), three counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 25.

• Sherry E. Wnek, 51, Menasha, was charged May 20 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), six counts of bail jumping, three misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a status conference for June 2.

• Mason A. Boogren, 24, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 20 to two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. One count of strangulation and suffocation and one misdemeanor count of battery were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Boogren to two years of probation.

• Anthony C. Azzolina, 45, Bowler, pleaded no contest May 20 to one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of aggravated battery were dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Azzolina to 12 months of probation.
