Renel, 39, Cecil, was charged May 9 with one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer, one count of second degree recklessly endangering safety, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $10,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for May 18.

• Elizabeth A. Bullock, 20, Bonduel, was charged May 9 with one count of child abuse and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 20.

• Samuel B. Bullock, 18, Bonduel, was charged May 9 with one count of child abuse and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 20.

• Pean R. Bruette, 21, Shawano, was charged May 9 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of misappropriating identification information, one misdemeanor count of possession of cocaine/coca and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 7.

• Jeffrey A. Matchopatow, 37, Keshena, was charged May 9 with one count of substantial battery, one count of first degree recklessly endangering safety, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and eight misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for May 20.

• Gordon Williams, 44, Shawano, was charged May 9 with one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense), one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked (fourth offense) and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $10,000 and scheduled a status conference for June 1.

• Jerome F. Cookle, 55, Tigerton, pleaded no contest May 9 to one count of bail jumping. In another case, Cookle pleaded no contest to one count of operating while intoxicated (seventh offense). One misdemeanor count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (seventh offense) was dismissed, but read into the record. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Cookle to 42 months in state prison and 48 months of extended supervision.

• Deidre R. Cloud, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 9 with one count of possession of methamphetamine. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Cloud to 60 days in jail and two years of probation.

• A charge against Laura A. Shidell, 41, Antigo, were dismissed May 9 on prosecutor’s motion. That charge included one count of misappropriating identification information.

• Keith M. Swetlik, 33, Manitowoc, pleaded no contest May 9 to one count of possession of narcotic drugs. One count of bail jumping was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. In another case, Swetlik pleaded no contest to two counts of forgery. Two misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500, were dismissed, but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Swtlik to three years of probation.

• Sandra L. Thundercloud, 44, Bowler, was charged May 10 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 20.

• Justin R. Vannieuwenhoven, 35, Krakow, was charged May 10 with seven counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of cocaine/coca, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for June 23.

• Charges against Edwin J. Hoefler, 53, Gillett, were dismissed May 10 on court’s own motion. Those charges include one count of operating while intoxicted (fifth or sixth offense), one count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (fifth or sixth offense), one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

• Julius J. Elmer, 28, Appleton, was charged May 11 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, five counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of methamphetamine. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 18.

• Rodney D. Bierman, 55, White Lake, pleaded no contest to one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Bierman to six months in jail and two years of probation.

• Alexander C. Storm, 28, Ironwood, Michigan, was charged May 12 with one count of operating while intoxicated, causing injury (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense). Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 20.

• Angela D. Owen, 48, Shawano, was charged May 12 with one count of possession of psilocin, less than or equal to 100 grams, with intent, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place, one misdemeanor count of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and four misdemeanor counts of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Kussel set a signature bond of $5,000 and a cash bond of $1,000. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 22.

• Jeremy W. Waubanascum, 33, Shawano, was charged May 12 with 12 counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $10,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 10.

• Shane A. Koukari, 45, Shawano, was charged May 12 with one count of possession of psilocin, less than or equal to 100 grams, with intent, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place, one misdemeanor count of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and four misdemeanor counts of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Kussel set a signature bond of $4,500 and a cash bond of $1,500. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for June 22.

• Niko D. Pocan, 25, Bonduel, pleaded no contest May 12 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. Sloma sentenced Pocan to three years in state prison, two years of extended supervision and three years of probation.
